Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta produktu spozywczego, przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach jednostkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno-kolorystyczny oraz cechy linii konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 – przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru, Fig. 2 – przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru, Fig. 3 – przedstawia trzecia odmiane wzoru. Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze w górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie trójlistna koniczyna o lisciach róznej wielkosci. Na najwiekszym z lisci umieszczone jest logo TYMBARK zbudowane z napisu TYMBARK wykonanego duzymi, drukowanymi literami w kolorze jasno- i ciemnozielonym. Napis jest polozony na linii luku na bialym tle, obwiedziony ciemnozielona ramka od zewnatrz oraz jasno-zielona od wewnatrz. Na wysokosci liter M, B, A na dolnym brzegu ramki otaczajacej napis TYMBARK umieszczony jest owoc jablka w kolorze czerwonym z jasno zielonym listkiem. Analogicznie na wysokosci liter M, B, A nad górnym brzegiem ramki widoczne sa cyfry 1936 w kolorze ciemnozielonym, z których kazda jest obrysowana jasnozielona linia, dajaca efekt przestrzenny-trójwymiarowy. Ponizej w centralnym miejscu umieszczona jest nazwa „GAZZZOWANA/GAZZZOWANY", przy czym pierwsza litera slowa jest duza, a pozostale male. Napis jest koloru bialego, a kazda z liter obrysowana jest zielona linia (konturem) co sprawia wrazenie trójwymiarowosci. Napis jest polozony ukosnie – rosnaco, unosi sie od lewej strony do prawej. Dodatkowo dwie litery „zz" w slowie „GAZZZOWANA/GAZZZOWANY" unosza sie stopniowo ku górze. Pomiedzy litera „G" i „a" znajduja sie babelki bialego koloru o ciemno zielonym konturze. Bezposrednio ponizej na srodku znajduje sie ciemnozielony prostokat, na którym widnieje drukowany napis. Ponizej, po prawej stronie znajduje sie serce w zielonym kolorze i cienkim bialym konturze. W centralnej czesci tlo etykiety jest rozjasnione. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru (fig. 1) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „GAZZZOWANA", na srodku na ciemnozielonym prostokacie znajduje sie napis „CYTRYNA" Sa to biale niepolaczone ze soba litery napisane majuskula. Tlo wzoru jest zólte z dwoma kawalkami owocu cytryny, odpowiednio w górnej i dolnej czesci, z malymi przezroczystymi babelkami. Druga odmiana wzoru (fig. 2) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „GAZZZOWANA", na srodku na ciemnozielonym prostokacie znajduje sie napis „POMARANCZA". Sa to biale niepolaczone ze soba litery napisane majuskula. Tlo wzoru jest pomaranczowe z dwoma kawalkami owocu pomaranczy, odpowiednio w górnej i dolnej czesci, z malymi przezroczystymi babelkami. Trzecia odmiana wzoru (fig. 3) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „GAZZZOWANY" na srodku, na ciemnozielonym prostokacie znajduje sie napis „GREJPFRUT" Sa to biale niepolaczone ze soba litery napisane majuskula. Tlo wzoru jest czerwone z dwoma kawalkami owocu czerwonego grejpfruta, odpowiednio w górnej i dolnej czesci, z malymi przezroczystymi babelkami. Etykieta wykonana jest z folii PVC, przy czym moze byc tez wykonana z innych materialów. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with an original graphic and color scheme, as well as the characteristics of contour lines and shapes. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which: Fig. 1 – shows the first design variant; Fig. 2 – shows the second design variant; Fig. 3 – shows the third design variant. All industrial design variants are characterized by a three-leaf clover with leaves of varying sizes at the top of the label. The largest leaf features the TYMBARK logo, composed of the word TYMBARK in large, block letters in light and dark green. The inscription is placed on an arc line on a white background, framed by a dark green frame on the outside and a light green frame on the inside. A red apple with a light green leaf is placed at the lower edge of the frame surrounding the TYMBARK inscription, parallel to the letters M, B, and A. Similarly, above the upper edge of the frame, the numbers 1936 are visible in dark green, each outlined with a light green line, creating a three-dimensional effect. Below, in the center, is the name "GAZZZOWANA/GAZZZOWANY," with the first letter of the word in uppercase and the remaining letters in lowercase. The inscription is white, and each letter is outlined with a green line (contour), creating a three-dimensional effect. The inscription is placed diagonally – ascending, rising from left to right. Additionally, the two letters "zz" in the word "GAZZZOWANA/GAZZZOWANY" gradually rise upwards. Between the letters "G" and "a" there are white bubbles with a dark green outline. Directly below in the center there is a dark green rectangle with a printed inscription. Below, on the right side, there is a green heart with a thin white outline. In the central part, the background of the label is lighter. The first variant of the design (fig. 1) is characterized by the fact that below the inscription "GAZZZOWANA", in the center of the dark green rectangle there is the inscription "LEMON." These are white, unconnected letters written in capital letters. The background of the design is yellow with two pieces of lemon fruit, in the upper and lower parts, respectively, with small transparent bubbles. The second design variant (fig. 2) is characterized by the fact that below the inscription "GAZZZOWANA" in the middle, on a dark green rectangle, there is the inscription "POMARANCZA". These are white, unconnected letters written in capital letters. The background of the design is orange with two pieces of orange fruit, respectively in the upper and lower parts, with small transparent bubbles. The third design variant (fig. 3) is characterized by the fact that below the inscription "GAZZZOWANY" in the middle, on a dark green rectangle, there is the inscription "GRAPEFRUT". These are white, unconnected letters written in capital letters. The background of the design is red with two pieces of red grapefruit fruit, respectively in the upper and lower parts, with small transparent bubbles. Essential features of the industrial design: ■ the label background consists of fruit fragments and transparent bubbles, ■ the inscription TYMBARK is placed in the upper part of the label on a large green three-leaf clover, ■ the name "GAZZZOWANA/GAZZZOWANY" is placed in the central part and written in white letters outlined with a green line (contour) giving a three-dimensional impression, ■ in the lower right corner there is a green heart outlined with a white line.
