Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta produktu kosmetycznego, przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowanie produktu kosmetycznego. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltu i kolo- rystyki etykiety produktu kosmetycznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete produktu kosmetycznego. Etykieta produktu kosmetycznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu o zaokraglonych rogach, przy czym na górnej krawedzi etykiety, blizej prawego, górnego rogu znajduje sie zaokraglony wystep. Na czarnym tle etykiety, w lewym górnym rogu umieszczony jest pionowy zloty prostokat, którego szerokosc stanowi okolo polowy szerokosci etykiety a wysokosc okolo 2/3 wysokosci etykiety. W polu zlotego prostokata, w prawym górnym rogu, znajduje sie pisany czarna czcionka poziomy napis „VOLLARÉ", pod nim poziomy napis „COSMETICS" równiez pisany czarna czcionka ale mniejszymi literami. Ponizej tych napisów znajduje sie pisany zlota czcionka poziomy napis „Quality", po prawej stronie którego znaj- duje sie okragla, czerwona grafika w postaci kola otoczonego dwoma pierscieniami, przy czym w polu tego kola i pierscieni znajduja sie napisy pisane zlota czcionka. Po prawej stronie napisu „Quality" znajduje sie pisany czarna czcionka pionowy napis „ARGANOIL", w którym element „OIL" jest pisany pogrubiona czcionka, a ponizej tego napisu znajduje sie napis „hyaluronic acid". Ponizej napisu „Quality" znajduje sie napis „COVERAGE LIGHT SHINE CORRECTION", przy czym kazdy z wyrazów skladajacych sie na ten napis jest pisany czcionka innej wielkosci, przy czym slowo „SHINE" jest pisane najwieksza czcionka. Wzdluz dolnej krawedzi, w polu zlotego prostokata umieszczony jest napis „Complete Color Control", przy czym slowa „Complete" i „Color" sa pisane czarna czcionka a slowo „Control" czerwona czcionka. Ponizej zlotego prostokata znajduje sie napis „CC" pisany duza, zlota czcionka. Po prawej stronie etykiety, ponizej zaokraglonego wystepu znaj- duja sie pisane biala czcionka opisy produktu kosmetycznego w trzech jezykach, ponizej których w bialej ramce znajduje sie opis skladu produktu. The design's novelty and unique character are reflected in the lines, contours, shape, and colors of the cosmetic product label. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 depicts a cosmetic product label. The cosmetic product label, based on the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is roughly square-shaped with rounded corners, with a rounded protrusion on the upper edge of the label, closer to the upper right corner. A vertical gold rectangle is positioned in the upper left corner of the label against a black background, the width of which is approximately half the width of the label and the height is approximately two-thirds of the height of the label. In the upper right corner of the golden rectangle, there is a horizontal inscription "VOLLARÉ" written in black, and below it a horizontal inscription "COSMETICS" also written in black but in smaller letters. Below these inscriptions, there is a horizontal inscription "Quality" written in gold, to the right of which there is a round, red graphic in the form of a circle surrounded by two rings, with the inscriptions written in gold within the circle and the rings. To the right of the inscription "Quality" there is a vertical inscription "ARGANOIL" written in black, with the element "OIL" written in bold, and below this inscription there is the inscription "hyaluronic acid". Below the "Quality" inscription is the inscription "COVERAGE LIGHT SHINE CORRECTION," with each word in a different font size, with the word "SHINE" in the largest font. Along the bottom edge, within a golden rectangle, is the inscription "Complete Color Control," with the words "Complete" and "Color" in black font and the word "Control" in red font. Below the golden rectangle is the inscription "CC" in large golden font. On the right side of the label, below a rounded protrusion, are descriptions of the cosmetic product in three languages, written in white font, below which, in a white frame, is the description of the product's ingredients.
