Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono etykiete w widoku ogólnym. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru. Srodkowy symbol posiada okreg w kolorze zielonym, na tle którego umieszczony jest napis „Jakosc bakalii gwarantuje Bakal- land" wykonany kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, w kolorze bialym. Na tle bialego wypelnienia znajduje sie znak wyboru (fajka) w kolorze zielonym, przy czym jeden z konców znaku wyboru przecina okreg. Symbol polozony najdalej od lewej krawedzi posiada okreg w kolorze czerwonym, na tle którego umieszczony jest napis „Zródlo blonnika" wykonany kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, w kolorze bialym. Na tle bialego wypelnienia znajduje sie niere- gularny ksztalt w kolorze czerwonym, na tle którego z kolei znajduje sie stylizowany wizerunek klosa w kolorze bialym. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in its original graphic design and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Figure 1 shows a general view of the label. The application covers one design variation. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The label, according to the design, is in the shape of a vertical rectangle, divided unevenly into five parallel parts. Each part is a rectangle with a width corresponding to the width of the label. On the background of the upper part of the label, in yellow, is the centrally placed inscription "Bakalie nr 1 w Polsce" written in a single-element, serif font in red. Below this inscription is a complex verbal and figurative marking consisting of the following elements: (a) the inscription "BA!" in small capitals, two-element, serif script, in white with a green shadow; (b) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white border, placed above the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!", with the inscription "BAKALLAND" in small capitals, single-element, serif script in white against the background of the inscription; (c) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse, referred to in point (b); (d) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" in small capitals, single-element, sans-serif script, in green, placed above the truncated ellipse, referred to in point (b); the inscription "... and think positively" in lowercase, italic, single-element, sans-serif letters, in green, placed below the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!". The main part of the verbal and graphic marking is placed on the second part of the label, counting from the top, in green, and it also overlaps, counting from the top, the first and third parts of the label, in beige. Below the verbal and graphic marking, in the middle part of the label, on the far right, there is a color drawing illustrating the individual ingredients of the product, in particular fresh and dried fruit, also presented with leaves, various nuts, cereals. The main part of the image is located on the third, beige-colored section of the label from the top, and partially overlaps the fourth, beige-colored section from the top, which is a transparent field through which the product is visible, marked in white. In the middle of the label, to the right of the image illustrating the individual product ingredients, the word "muesli" is written in lowercase, single-element, serif script, in black. Below the colored fruit image, on the right side of the label, is the word "5," written in two-element, sans-serif script, in white with a green shadow. The main part of the image is located on the transparent field, and partially overlaps the lower, beige-colored section of the label, using a gradient that fades to a darker shade towards the bottom edge of the label. In the lower part of the label, below the inscription "5," there are three adjacent symbols in the form of colored circles of equal diameter with white fill. The symbol closest to the left edge of the label has a yellow circle, against which the inscription "whole grain" is placed in white, single-element, sans-serif capital letters. Against the white fill is a stylized image of a yellow ear of grain and the inscription "44.7%," written in yellow, single-element, sans-serif capital letters. The middle symbol has a green circle, against which the inscription "The quality of dried fruit is guaranteed by Bakalland" is placed in white, single-element, sans-serif capital letters. Against a white background, there is a green check mark (pipe), with one end of the check mark intersecting the circle. The symbol furthest from the left edge has a red circle, against which the inscription "Zrodlo łobieńnika" (Fiber Source) is placed, in small caps, in a single-element, sans-serif font, in white. Against a white background, there is an irregular red shape, against which there is a stylized image of an ear of corn in white. To the right of the symbols, with a small gap, there is a horizontal green rectangle, the lower edge of which is at the height of the lowest point of the symbol circles, while the right edge is at the right edge of the label.
