Istote wzoru stanowi nowe rozwiazanie etykiety przejawiajace sie w jej wystroju graficznym, ukladzie linii i kompozycji kolorystycznej calej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej etykiecie. Etykieta wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej powierzchnia ma tlo koloru ciemnozielonego, na którym w czesci centralnej znajduja sie napisy „Tuna in oil" w kolorze zóltym i „Tunczyk w kawaleczkach w oleju" w kolorze bialym Po prawej stronie napisów umieszczona jest, w naturalnych kolorach, kompozycja zawierajaca produkt.
