Cala etykieta jest wykonana w kolorze czerwonym cieniowanym, przy czym w górnej czesci etykiety na czerwonym pasku ograniczonym dwiema równoleglymi liniami falistymi w kolorach czarnym i zóltym jest umieszczony napis DELIKATE- SOWE wykonany w kolorze bialym, zas wzdluz dolnej krawedzi etykiety, pomiedzy dwiema równoleglymi liniami w kolorze zóltym, umieszczony jest napis DELIKA- TESOWE WIECEJ NIZ PARÓWKI. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the label's verbal, graphic, and color layout. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label, Fig. 2 the second version, and Fig. 3 the third version. The label, according to the design, is rectangular in shape, bounded by a wavy line at the top. The entire label is shaded red, with the inscription "DELIKATESOWE" (DELICATES) in white at the top, on a red stripe bounded by two parallel wavy lines in black and yellow. Along the lower edge of the label, between two parallel yellow lines, is the inscription "DELIKATESOWE" (DELICATES WEEKEJ NZ PARÓWKI). In the middle of the label there is a drawing of two sausages in a shaded pink color decorated with a green lettuce leaf, while on the label of the first variety, next to the drawing of the sausages there is a drawing of a tomato slice with onion rings and a green leaf, and above, on a red wavy stripe there is the inscription CLASSIC in white; on the label of the second variety, next to the drawing of the sausages there is a drawing of two peppers in red and green, and above, on a green wavy stripe there is the inscription WITH PAPRYKA in white, while on the label of the third variety, next to the drawing of the sausages there is a drawing of a piece of yellow cheese, and above, on an orange wavy stripe there is the inscription WITH CHEESE in white. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The label, as shown, is rectangular in shape, bounded at the top by a wavy line. The entire label is in shaded red, with the words "DELIKATESOWE" (DELICATES) placed in the upper part of the label on a red stripe bounded by two parallel wavy lines. Along the lower edge of the label, between the two parallel lines, is the words "DELIKATESOWE WICZEJ NZ PARÓWKI" (DELICATES WE HAVE MORE THAN PARAS). In the middle part of the label there is a drawing of two sausages in a shaded pink color decorated with a green lettuce leaf, while on the labels of the subsequent varieties an additional graphic element is a drawing of a tomato slice with onion rings and a green leaf, a drawing of peppers and a drawing of a piece of yellow cheese, and an additional verbal element is the term "CLASSIC", "WITH PEPPER" or "WITH CHEESE" placed on the label, respectively.
