Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, przeznaczone do przechowywania produktów spozywczych zwlaszcza wafli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie graficznym utworzonym przez opakowanie, etykiete i opakowany produkt. Przedmiot wzoru przestawiono na ilustracji, gdzie fig.1 przedstawia fotografie pierwszej odmiany wzoru, gdzie fig.2 przedstawia fotografie drugiej odmiany wzoru, zas fig.3 przedstawia fotografie trzeciej odmiany wzoru. 1. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the graphic layout created by the packaging, label, and packaged product. The subject of the design is shown in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows photographs of the first design variant, Fig. 2 shows photographs of the second design variant, and Fig. 3 shows photographs of the third design variant. 1. In the first variant, the packaging according to the pattern is made of a transparent material and has the form of an envelope in the shape of a rectangle, with a label placed on the surface of the packaging and is characterized in that the label is made in red, yellow, green, brown, has a shape based on a rectangle with two opposite sides bent in an arc, the background of the label is a drawing of a wafer lattice and ears of grain in shades of green, yellow, orange, while the inscriptions placed in the central part of the label are made using a characteristic font in red, orange and yellow colors with white borders and shades, while the border of the label is made in red and yellow, and the information inscriptions are in black, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the next variant, the packaging according to the pattern is made of a transparent material and has the form of an envelope in the shape of close to a rectangle, with a label placed on the surface of the packaging and characterized in that the label is made in red, yellow, orange and brown, the shape is based on a rectangle with two opposite sides bent in an arc, the background of the label is a drawing of cereal ears and interpenetrating spots of yellow, orange and brown, and the inscriptions placed in the central part of the label are made using a characteristic font in red-orange-yellow colors with white borders and shades, while the label border is made in brown and yellow colors, and the information inscriptions are in black, as shown in Fig. 2. 3. In another variant, the packaging according to the pattern is made of a transparent material and has the form of an envelope with a shape close to a rectangle, with a label placed on the surface of the packaging and characterized in that the label is made in colors green, blue, pink, purple, red and yellow, has a shape based on a rectangle with two opposite sides bent into an arc, the background of the label is made of interpenetrating spots of pink, purple and yellow, and the inscriptions placed in the central part of the label are made using a characteristic font in green, blue and red colors and black with white borders and shades, while the label border is made in green and yellow, and the information inscriptions are in black. Additionally, on the left side of the label there is a drawing of a child with a waffle in his hand in yellow, purple, green and pink colours, as shown in Fig. 3.
