W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie jako nowa szata graficzna. W dolnej czesci owalu znajduje sie nieregularne zacienienie w kolorze tla etykiety, przy czym etykieta cale tlo ma cieniowane, które w poprzek w czesci srodkowej, jest ciemniejsze niz tlo przy krawedzi górnej i dolnej, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 1 - 6. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label according to the design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself as a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of the packaging label, in which Fig. 1 - the first version of the packaging label in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second version of the packaging label in a front view, Fig. 3 - the third version of the packaging label in a front view, Fig. 4 - the fourth version of the packaging label in a front view, Fig. 5 - the fifth version of the packaging label in a front view, Fig. 6 - the sixth version of the packaging label in a front view. The packaging label according to the industrial design is characterized by a white oval in its central part, positioned at a slight angle. The oval, along the side edges and a section of the bottom, features dark, arched elements. The lower part of the oval features irregular shading in the label's background color. The entire label's background is shaded, and the shading across the middle is darker than the background at the top and bottom edges. In the first version, the label's background is in shades of blue, with the middle section being dark blue and the bottom and top edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. In the second version, the label is black and white, with the background in shades of gray, with the middle section being dark gray and the bottom and top edges being light gray, and the arched elements being dark gray. In the third version, the label's background is in shades of blue, with the central part being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Lemon slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the lemon slices placed in the lower part of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The lemon slices are made up of eighths, quarters, and halves. Additionally, small shaded blue circles imitating air bubbles are placed around the lemon slices. In the fourth version, the label's background is in shades of blue, with the central part being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Green apple slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the apple slices placed in the lower part of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The apple slices are quarters, halves, and a whole apple. Additionally, small shaded blue circles imitating air bubbles are placed around the apple slices. In the fifth design variant, the label background is in shades of blue, with the central part being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Orange slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the orange slices placed in the lower part of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The orange slices are orange wedges, quarters, and halves. Additionally, small shaded blue circles imitating air bubbles are placed around the orange slices. In the sixth design variant, the label background is in shades of blue, with the central portion being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Strawberry slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the strawberry slices placed at the bottom of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The strawberry slices are halves and whole fruits with green stems. Additionally, small shaded blue circles imitating air bubbles are placed around the strawberry slices. The essential features of this industrial design are that it has a white oval in the center, positioned at a slight angle. The oval features dark, arc-shaped elements on the side edges and along the bottom. In the lower part of the oval there is an irregular shading in the color of the background of the label, while the entire background of the label is shaded, which across the middle part is darker than the background at the top and bottom edge, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 - 6. In the first variant of the design, the background of the label is in shades of blue, while in the middle part it is dark blue and at the bottom and top edge it is light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. In the second variant of the design, the label is made in black and white, where the background is in shades of gray, while in the middle part it is dark gray and at the bottom and top edge it is light gray, while the arched elements are dark gray, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. In the third variant, the label's background is in shades of blue, with the central part being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Orange slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the orange slices placed at the bottom of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The orange slices are eighths, quarters, and halves of the fruit. In addition, small shaded blue circles imitating air bubbles are placed around the orange slices, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 5. In the sixth embodiment, the label's background is in shades of blue, with the central portion being dark blue and the lower and upper edges being light blue, while the arched elements are dark blue. Strawberry slices are placed on the label and around the oval, with the strawberry slices placed in the lower part of the label overlapping the lower surface of the oval. The strawberry slices are halves and whole fruits with green stems.
