W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, opakowanie wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach przedstawiajacych opakowanie, na której fig. 1- pierwsza odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 czwarta odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - piata odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - szósta odmiane wykonania opakowania w widoku z przodu. Opakowanie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na prawej i lewej krawedzi etykieta posiada barwne pasy, z których prawy jest prostokatem zas lewy ma wewnetrzna krawedz pofalowana. Czesc srodkowa jest w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim z poprzecznymi rozjasnieniami w kolorze jasnoniebieskim oraz z umieszczonymi pod skosem jasnoniebieskimi fantazyjnymi figurami ze szpiczastymi wystepami. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging according to the design is distinguished by its new form, manifested in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs depicting the packaging, in which Fig. 1 - the first version of the packaging in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second version of the packaging in a front view, Fig. 3 - the third version of the packaging in a front view, Fig. 4 - the fourth version of the packaging in a front view, Fig. 5 - the fifth version of the packaging in a front view, Fig. 6 - the sixth version of the packaging in a front view. The packaging according to the industrial design is characterized by the label having colored stripes on the right and left edges, of which the right is a rectangle, while the left has a wavy inner edge. The middle part is dark blue with horizontal highlights in light blue and with diagonally placed light blue fanciful figures with pointed protrusions. From the left side, stylized inscriptions are placed at an angle in the upper part of the label: a shaded "Danviva" in white and gray with a light blue and light purple border and a stylized white and blue dot, a red "Energy" with a white border, and a white "Drink" with a dark blue border. Below, on the left side of the label, are fruits, and below them, perpendicular to the edge, smaller inscriptions of the same type are placed. In the first version, the colored stripes are magenta, and the fruit is dark red cherries on a green branch with a green leaf and dark blue berries. In the second version, the colored stripes are dark yellow, and the fruit is a reddish-yellow apple. In the third version, the colored stripes are raspberry, and the fruit is raspberries and a dark red, small, spherical fruit. In the fourth version, the colored stripes are light green, and the fruit is tropical fruit: a cut yellow-orange-brown pineapple with green-brown leaves, a white-yellow lemon, and a yellow lemon and a yellow-red papaya. In the fifth version, the colored stripes are dark orange, and the fruit is a cut white-orange orange. In the sixth variant, the colored stripes are red, and the fruit are dark red strawberries with green stems. The essential features of this industrial design are that the right and left edge labels feature colored stripes, the right being a rectangle and the left having a wavy inner edge. The central part is dark blue with horizontal highlights in light blue and with diagonally placed light blue fanciful figures with pointed protrusions. From the left side, the upper part of the label features stylized inscriptions at an angle: shaded "JDanviva" in white and gray with a light blue and light purple border and a stylized blue and white dot; red "Energy" with a white border; and white "Drink" with a dark blue border. Below, on the left side of the label, there are fruits and below them, perpendicular to the edge, there are smaller inscriptions of the same type, as shown in the attached figures 1-6.
