Etykieta opakowania Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowania. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie nowa szata graficzna. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wzoru w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- trzecia odmiane wzoru w widoku z przodu. Etykieta opakowania z widokiem klosów zbóz i ciastek, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma kolorowe tlo i rysunek niesymetrycznego serca z biala centralna czescia, przy czym jedna czesc serca jest wieksza od drugiej, a wzdluz lewej krawedzi znajduje sie zólty cieniowany pas, zas w górnej prawej znajduje sie biala cieniowana poswiata. Przez dolna czesc serca przechodza dwa pasy w kolorze tla, górny szeroki, dolny waski, a przy krawedzi serca znajduja sie kompozycje z klosów zbóz i ciasteczek. W pierwszej odmianie, tlo etykiety jest zielone, serce znajduje sie w centralnej czesci etykiety, przy prawej krawedzi serca znajduja sie klosy zbóz, winogrona i czastkapomaranczy oraz owalne ciasteczka w zlocistym kolorze, a na powierzchni górnej ciasteczek umieszczone sa owalne schodkowe przetloczenia imitujace ksztalt klosa. W drugiej odmianie, tlo etykiety jest niebieskie, serce znajduje sie w centralnej czesci etykiety, przy prawej krawedzi serca znajduja sie klosy zbóz, dzbanek z bialym plynem oraz prostokatne ciasteczka, a na powierzchni ciasteczek umieszczone sa falujace przetloczenia oraz dodatki w postaci drobinek. W trzeciej odmianie, tlo etykiety jest brazowe, serce znajduje sie w centralnej czesci etykiety, przy prawej krawedzi serca znajduja sie klosy zbóz, kopczyk kakao oraz owalne brazowe ciasteczka, a na powierzchni ciasteczek przy przeciwleglych krawedziach umieszczone sa wytloczenia imitujace klosy zbóz. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze etykieta ma kolorowe tlo i rysunek niesymetrycznego serca z biala centralna czescia, przy czym jedna czesc serca jest wieksza od drugiej, a wzdluz lewej krawedzi znajduje sie zólty cieniowany pas, zas w górnej prawej znajduje sie biala cieniowana poswiata. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label based on the design is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the first design variant in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the second design variant in a front view, and Fig. 3 shows the third design variant in a front view. The packaging label, depicting ears of grain and cookies, based on the industrial design, is characterized by a colored background and the design of an asymmetrical heart with a white central part, with one part of the heart larger than the other. A yellow shaded band runs along the left edge, and a white shaded halo appears on the upper right edge. Two stripes in the same color as the background run across the bottom of the heart: the upper one is wide and the lower one narrow. A composition of cereal ears and cookies is placed along the heart's edge. In the first version, the label's background is green, the heart is in the center of the label, while the right edge of the heart features cereal ears, grapes, an orange slice, and oval golden cookies. The top of the cookies features oval, stepped embossing imitating the shape of a cereal ear. In the second version, the label's background is blue, the heart is in the center of the label, while the right edge of the heart features cereal ears, a jug of white liquid, and rectangular cookies. The cookies' surface features wavy embossing and flecks. In the third variation, the label's background is brown, the heart is located in the center of the label, along the right edge of the heart are ears of grain, a mound of cocoa, and oval brown cookies, and the cookies' surfaces are embossed at the opposite edges, imitating ears of grain. The essential features of this industrial design are that the label has a colored background and an asymmetrical heart with a white central part, with one part of the heart larger than the other, a shaded yellow band along the left edge, and a shaded white halo on the upper right edge. Two stripes in the background color run through the lower part of the heart, the upper one wide, the lower one narrow, and at the edge of the heart there are compositions of ears of grain and cookies, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 - 3. In the first variant, the background of the label is green, the heart is located in the central part of the label, at the right edge of the heart there are ears of grain, grapes and an orange slice as well as oval cookies in a golden color, and on the upper surface of the cookies there are oval stepped embossments imitating the shape of an ear of grain, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.
