Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w dwóch odmianach przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którego fig. 1 pokazano w widoku czolowym etykiete opakowania sera typu Camembert zawierajaca w srodkowej czesci czerwona szarfe z bialym napisem „Camembert", przy tym prawa czesc szarfy okala rozkrojona bryle sera ulozonego na desce do krojenia z uwidocznionym nozem do krojenia sera, a pod szarfa niebieski pas z napisem „naturalny" natomiast w górnej czesci bialego pola etykiety z usytuowanym napisem „Roi du Château" podkreslonym czarna skosna kreska o nieregularnej grubosci i z umieszczona ponad napisem zlota korona, z kolei na fig. 2 pokazano w widoku czolowym etykiete opakowania sera typu Camembert zawierajaca w srodkowej czesci czerwona szarfe z bialym napisem „Camembert", przy tym prawa czesc szarfy okala rozkrojona bryle sera ulozonego na desce do krojenia z uwidocznionym nozem do krojenia sera i wizerunkiem ziól, a pod szarfa zielony pas z napisem „z ziolami", natomiast w górnej czesci bialego pola etykiety z usytuowanym napisem „Roi du Château" podkreslonym czarna skosna kreska o nieregularnej grubosci i z umieszczona ponad napisem zlota korona. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, surface design, and color. The subject of the industrial design in two variants is presented in the attached illustration material, where Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of a Camembert cheese packaging label containing in its central part a red ribbon with the white inscription "Camembert", with the right part of the ribbon surrounding a cut-out block of cheese placed on a cutting board with a cheese knife visible, and under the ribbon a blue stripe with the inscription "natural", while in the upper part of the white field of the label there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined by a black diagonal line of irregular thickness and with a golden crown placed above the inscription, while Fig. 2 shows a frontal view of a Camembert cheese packaging label containing in its central part a red ribbon with the white inscription "Camembert", with the right part of the ribbon surrounding the cut-out block cheese placed on a cutting board with a cheese knife and an image of herbs visible, and under the sash a green stripe with the inscription "with herbs", while in the upper part of the white field of the label there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined by a black diagonal line of irregular thickness and with a gold crown placed above the inscription. List of varieties 1. label of the cheese packaging marked as natural Camembert 2. label of the cheese packaging marked as Camembert with herbs The essential features of the industrial design of the cheese packaging label are as follows: 1. the label field is close to a circle approximated by four straight lines, mutually parallel pairs, where the central part of the label field in the shape of a circle is white, while the border of this field is golden, 2. in the central part of the label field there is a red ribbon with the inscription "Camembert" written in white letters, and under the ribbon in the first version there is a blue stripe with the inscription "natural" in white, while in the second version there is a green stripe with the inscription "z ziołami", 3. to the right of the inscription "Camembert" there is an image of a sliced cheese placed on a cheese board with a cheese knife on it - in in the first variant of the design, and in the second variant, there is an image of herbs next to the sliced cheese, 4. in both variants, in the upper part of the white label field there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined by a black diagonal line of irregular thickness, while above the inscription there is a golden crown, and to the left of it a guarantee stamp with the inscription "GWARANCJA JAKOSCI" placed on a black rim; the center of the stamp is golden.PL 19409 3 Illustration of the design Fig. 1 Fig. 2PL 19409 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
