Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, surface design, and color. The subject of the industrial design in two variants is presented in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of a label of a Brie cheese packaging containing a red ribbon with the white inscription "Brie" in the central part, while the right part of the ribbon incorporates a blue stripe with the inscription "natural", and below the ribbon there is an image of sliced cheese placed on a cutting board with a cheese knife and two grapes visible, while in the upper part of the white field of the label there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined by a black diagonal line of irregular thickness and with a golden crown placed above the inscription, while Fig. 2 shows a front view of a label of a Brie cheese packaging containing a red ribbon with the white inscription "Brie" in the central part, while the right part of the ribbon incorporates a brown stripe with the word "walnut", and below the sash there is an image of sliced cheese and walnuts, while in the upper part of the white field of the label there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined by a black diagonal line of irregular thickness and with a gold crown placed above the inscription. List of varieties 1. label of the cheese packaging marked as natural Brie 2. label of the cheese packaging marked as walnut Brie The essential features of the industrial design of the cheese packaging label are as follows: 1. the label field is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, mainly in white, with a gold rim complementing the vertical sides of the cheese packaging, 2. in the central part of the label field there is a red ribbon with the inscription "Brie" written in white letters, in the first variety, in the right part of the ribbon there is a blue stripe with the inscription "natural" in white, while in the second variety there is a brown stripe with the inscription "walnut", 3. below the ribbon with the inscription "Brie" there is an image of a sliced cheese and a cheese knife and two grape berries - in the first variety of the design, and in the second variety next to the sliced cheese there is an image of walnuts, 4. in in both varieties, in the upper part of the white label field there is the inscription "Roi du Château" underlined with a black diagonal line of irregular thickness, while above the inscription there is a golden crown, and on its left side there is a guarantee stamp with the inscription "GWARANCJA JAKOSCI" placed on a black rim, the center of the stamp in golden color.PL 19408 3 Illustration of the pattern Fig. 1PL 19408 4 Fig. 2 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
