ETYKIETA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ETYKIETA , przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach materialów budowlanych . Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w oryginalnych ksztaltach linii, ukladzie slowno - graficznym oraz w zestawieniu kolorów. The new form of the industrial design is manifested in particular in the original line shapes, word and graphic arrangement, and color combination. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached illustrative material, in which: fig. 1 - shows the basic design Labels in front view fig. 2 - shows the first variant Labels in front view fig. 3 - shows the second variant Labels in front view fig. 4 - shows the third variant Labels in front view fig. 5 - shows the fourth variant Labels in front view ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The label according to the basic industrial design shown in illustration Fig. 1 is characterized by the following: The word "Megaron" in white is inscribed in a green, irregular ball, which extends from the right side downwards in the form of an ornament in light and dark green, - in the upper part of the ball there is also a small fragment of an ornament in the same colors, - in the middle part of the label there is an inscription: Polymer-gypsum plaster WHITE in black - below there is an inscription: PROFESSIONAL in silver, - at the bottom, on three red stripes there are technical data of the product in white. The LABEL according to the industrial design in the first version shown in Fig. 2 is characterized by the following: - the word "Megaron" in white is inscribed in a green, irregular ball, which extends from the right side downwards in the form of an ornament in light and dark green, - in the upper part of the ball there is also a small fragment of an ornament in the same colors, - in the middle part of the label there is an inscription: Plaster gypsum WHITE in black - below there is the inscription CLASSIC in purple, at the bottom, on four red stripes there is the method of use of the product in white. LABEL according to the industrial design in the second variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized in that: - the word "Megaron" in white is inscribed in a green, irregular ball, which extends from the right downwards in the form of an ornament in light and dark green, - in the upper part of the ball there is also a small fragment of an ornament in the same colors, - in the middle part of the label there is the inscription: Gypsum plaster in black - below there is the inscription FINISH in green, at the bottom, on three red stripes there is the technical data of the product in white. LABEL according to the industrial design in the third variant, shown in Fig. 4, is characterized in that: - the word "Megaron" in white is inscribed in a green, an irregular ball which extends from the right side downwards in the form of an ornament in light and dark green, - in the upper part of the ball there is also a small fragment of an ornament in the same colors, - in the middle part of the label there is an inscription: WHITE polymer plaster in black - below there is an inscription PREMIUM in gold, - at the bottom in three red stripes there are technical data of the product in white. THE LABEL according to the industrial design in the fourth version shown in Fig. 5 is characterized by the following: - the word "Megaron" in white is inscribed in a green, irregular ball which extends from the right side downwards in the form of an ornament in light and dark green, in the upper part of the ball there is also a small fragment of an ornament in the same colors, - in the middle part of the label there is an inscription: WHITE gypsum plaster in black, below there is an inscription SUPER FINISH in gold, on at the bottom, three red stripes are placed in white.
