Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, sluzaca do nakladania na opakowaniach poduszeczek przeznaczonych do ocieplania ciala i innych przedmiotów, takich jak ubrania, spiwory. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i indywidualna postac etykiety nadana jej przez forme graficzna, wynikajaca z charakterystycznej kolorystyki, cech linii i kroju pisma oraz elementy obrazowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku od czesci frontowej, a fig. 2 - etykiete w widoku od czesci tylnej. Istotne cech wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana jest w postaci prostokata zamknietego ciemnozielona obwódka, ma w czesci frontowej i tylnej tlo wykonane z elementów skladajacych sie z wielokolorowych pasów i wieloboków, ulozonych nieregularnie, przypominajacych mozaike, przy czym elementy te maja kolory: czarny, zielony, bezowy (khaki) i jasnopopielaty. Na frontowej czesci etykiety, na wysokosci okolo 1/4 od góry, widnieje, bezowo-pomaranczowy z biala obwódka, poziomy pas rozdzielajacy wyrazy napisu „OCIEPLACZ TURYSTYCZNY", bedacego nazwa produktu i wykonanego duza, czcionka w kolorze bezowo-pomaranczowym z biala obwódka. Pod tym napisem, w polowie wysokosci etykiety, jest dwuwyrazowy napis „HOT PACK" w kolorze czerwonym z biala obwódka, wykonany duza czcionka. W prawej, dolnej czesci frontowej etykiety widnieja elementy w postaci trzech niebieskich, równoleglych pasów, obejmujacych wiecej niz 1/3 szerokosci etykiety, które maja po lewej stronie elementy w ksztalcie kól - górne i dolne niebieskie, srodkowe biale z niebieska obwódka. Na bialym kole widnieja niebieskie wskazówki zegara, na dolnym, niebieskim kole jest rysunek w kolorze czerwonym zblizony ksztaltem do termometru. Na wszystkich niebieskich elementach sa umieszczone biale napisy, kolejno od góry: „min. 16 godzin dzialania", „natychmiastowa aktywacja" i „85°C 70°C zakres temperatur". W górnej czesci etykiety w widoku od tylu, widnieje czerwony napis z bialymi obwódkami „HOT PACK". Pod napisem „HOT PACK" umieszczony jest, na niebieskim pasie, bialy napis: „ Jak uzywac? To proste!". Po prawej stronie, w prawym górnym rogu widoczny jest bezowo-pomaranczowy element w ksztalcie kola z ostrymi nacieciami na obwodzie, który nalozony jest na biale kolo. Na tym elemencie graficznym umieszczona jest centrycznie duza, biala cyfra „1", a pod nia bialy wyraz „sztuka". Ponizej napisów, nad polowa wysokosci etykiety sa trzy biale pola w ksztalcie kwadratów o zaokraglonych narozach. Na tych polach, pokazany jest sposób uzycia produktu w postaci rysunków i slownej. Rysunki sa w kolorach – kolejno: zielonym i bialym, a pod nim napis: „1. Wyjmij ocieplacz", bialym z czerwonym napisem „HOT PACK" przedstawiajacym opakowanie umieszczone w stylizowanej w dloni, a pod nim napis: „2. Potrzasnij" oraz element w kolorach niebieskim, bialym i pomaranczowym, a pod nim napis: „3. Wlóz do spiwora". Pod tymi trzema polami jest duze pole prostokatne, którego tlo ma kolor bialy. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the label, given to it by its graphic form, resulting from the characteristic colors, line and typeface features, and pictorial elements. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the label viewed from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the label viewed from the back. Essential features of the industrial design: The label, following the industrial design, is a rectangle enclosed by a dark green border. Its front and back background consists of elements consisting of multicolored stripes and polygons, arranged irregularly, resembling a mosaic. These elements are black, green, beige (khaki), and light gray. On the front of the label, approximately 1/4 of the way up from the top, there is a beige-orange horizontal stripe with a white border separating the words "Ocieplacz turystyczny" (Tourist Warmer), the name of the product, in large beige-orange font with a white border. Below this text, halfway up the label, is the two-word inscription "HOT PACK" in large red font with a white border. The lower right part of the front label features three blue, parallel stripes, covering more than a third of the label's width. These stripes have circular elements on the left side—the upper and lower ones are blue, the middle one white with a blue border. The white circle features blue clock hands, and the lower blue circle features a red thermometer-shaped design. All blue stripes feature white text, from top to bottom: "min. 16 hours of operation," "instant activation," and "85°C 70°C temperature range." At the top of the label, viewed from the back, is a red text with white borders: "HOT PACK." Below the "HOT PACK" text, a blue strip features white text: "How to use? It's easy!" On the right side, in the upper right corner, there's a beige-orange circular element with sharp cuts around its circumference, superimposed on a white circle. This graphic element features a large, white number "1" in the center, and beneath it the white word "art." Below the inscriptions, above half the height of the label, are three white square-shaped boxes with rounded corners. These boxes show how to use the product in the form of drawings and words. The drawings are in green and white, and below them is the inscription: "1. Remove the warmer," white with a red inscription: "HOT PACK," depicting a package held in a stylized hand, and below it the inscription: "2. Shake," and a blue, white, and orange element, and below it the inscription: "3. Put in sleeping bag." Below these three fields is a large rectangular field with a white background. This field contains information in black and orange, specifying the manufacturer's details, as well as the application, quality certificate, method of use, and other information, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
