Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest LOGO, przeznaczone w szczególnosci do nanoszenia w postaci nadruku na róznych materialach publikowanych, obejmujacych odziez, w szczególnosci do nanoszenia na róznych materialach i wyrobach z nich w tym bluzach, T-shirtach, na reklamówkach odziezowych, na wywieszkach dla odziezy, na wieszakach, a ponadto takze na opakowaniach wyro- bów, w tym z folii, z materialów wlókienniczych, w sklepach sprzedazy detalicznej i hurtowej oraz przeznaczony we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie liter i wyrazów oraz ich stylizacji, uproszczeniu, tworzacych abstrakcyjne logo, laczace w sobie w sposób fantazyjny rózne figury i litery. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym na zalaczonej fo- tografii przedstawiajacej na fig. 1, logo zawierajace stylizowane litery ze zna- kiem graficznym w postaci trójkata otwartego w tle koloru czarnego, zas na fig. 1.1 odmiane logo , w której stylizowane litery oraz znak graficzny sa w kolorze czarnym, w tle ceglastym. Natomiast cecha istotna odmiany logo wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada logo , w której stylizowane litery oraz znak graficzny sa w kolorze czarnym, w tle ceglastym z jasniejszym obramowaniem koloru ceglastego, które nadaja logo charakter ozdobny, jak pokazano na fig. 1.1 materialu ilustracyjnegoPL 20288 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20288 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a LOGO, intended primarily for application as a print on various published materials, including clothing, in particular for application on various materials and products made from them, including sweatshirts, T-shirts, clothing bags, clothing tags, hangers, and also on product packaging, including foil and textile materials, in retail and wholesale stores, as well as in all visual advertising media. The new and original form of the industrial design manifests itself in the shape of letters and words, as well as their stylization and simplification, creating an abstract logo, imaginatively combining various figures and letters. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photograph, which shows in Fig. 1 a logo containing stylized letters with a graphic symbol in the form of an open triangle on a black background, while in Fig. 1.1 a variant of the logo in which the stylized letters and the graphic symbol are in black on a brick-red background. The logo according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1 of the illustration, features stylized letters with a graphic symbol in the form of an open triangle on a black background placed above an inscription in the form of an open triangle at the base, terminating in a parallel segment with a roof, beneath which is an inscription filled in black on a white background, while the stylized letters and triangle are in white, forming their outline, and filled with black. The industrial design logo variation shown in Fig. 1.1 of the illustrative material features a logo in which the stylized letters and graphic symbol are black on a brick-red background with a lighter brick-red border, giving the logo a decorative character. A significant feature of the industrial design logo is that it contains the words logo, with the graphic symbol in the form of an open triangle on a black background placed above the inscription in the form of an open triangle at the base, ending with a parallel segment with a roof, beneath which the inscription is placed filled in black on a white background. The stylized letters and triangle are outlined in white and filled in black, giving the logo a decorative character, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material.
