Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest LOGO, przeznaczone w szczególnosci do nanoszenia w postaci nadruku na róznych materialach publikowanych, obejmujacych odziez, w szczególnosci do nanoszenia na róznych materialach i wyrobach z nich w tym bluzach, T-shirtach, na reklamówkach odziezowych, na wywieszkach dla odziezy, na wieszakach, a ponadto takze na opakowaniach wyro- bów, w tym z folii, z materialów wlókienniczych oraz przeznaczony we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie liter i wyrazów oraz ich stylizacji, uproszczeniu, tworzacych abstrakcyjne logo, laczace w sobie w sposób fantazyjny rózne litery. The new and original form of the industrial design manifests itself in the shape of letters and words, as well as their stylization and simplification, creating an abstract logo, imaginatively combining various letters. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in the attached illustration showing in fig. 1 the ONE JUMPER logo in white and blue, and in fig. 1.1 the first variation of the ONE JUMPER logo in white and grey, and in fig. 1.2 the second variation of the ONE JUMPER logo in black and white on a blue background, while in fig. 1.3 the third variation of the ONE JUMPER logo in black and orange in a mesh background on a white background and in fig. 1.4 the fourth variation of the ONE JUMPER logo in black and blue on a white background, and in fig. 1.5 the fifth variation of the ONE JUMPER logo in white and grey with a geometric figure. The industrial design logo shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of bold letters, with the word ONE in white placed in the bottom bend of the letter J with a rectangularly extended lower arm ending in a dot, forming the word JUMPER in blue on a black background. The first version of the industrial design logo shown in Fig. 1.1 of the illustrative material contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of bold letters, with the word ONE in white placed in the bottom bend of the letter J with a rectangularly extended lower arm ending in a dot, forming the word JUMPER in gray on a black background. The second version of the logo according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1.2 of the illustrative material, contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of bold letters, with the word ONE in black placed in the bottom bend of the letter J with its rectangularly extended lower arm ending in a dot, forming the word JUMPER in white on a blue background. The third version of the logo according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1.3 of the illustrative material, contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of bold letters, with the word ONE in black placed in the bottom bend of the letter J with its rectangularly extended lower arm ending in a dot, forming the word JUMPER in orange on a black and white mesh background. The fourth version of the logo according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1.4 of the illustrative material contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of vertically elongated letters written in bold font, where the elongated word ONE in black is placed in the lower bend of the letter J with its rectangularly elongated lower arm containing a dot at the end, creating the elongated word JUMPER in blue on a white background. The fifth version of the logo according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1.5 of the illustrative material contains the words ONE JUMPER in the shape of letters written in bold font, where the word ONE in white is placed in the lower bend of the letter J with its rectangularly extended lower arm containing a dot at the end, creating the word JUMPER in grey on a black background, and above the words there is a graphic element which contains two triangles with rounded corners facing each other and the longer leg facing each other, and in the background of both triangles there is a stylized bird. The common essential features of the logo and the logo variations based on the industrial design are that they contain the words ONE JUMPER in bold letterforms, with the word ONE placed in the lower bend of the letter J with its rectangularly extended lower arm containing a dot at the end, forming the word JUMPER. Furthermore, an essential feature of the logo based on the industrial design is that it contains the word ONE in white, and the word JUMPER in blue on a black background, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustrative material.PL 19679 3. However, an essential feature of the first logo variation based on the industrial design is that it contains the word ONE in white, and the word JUMPER in gray on a black background, as shown in Fig. 1.1 of the illustrative material.
