Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza do pakowania owoców suszonych, bakalii i orzechów. Opakowanie moze byc wykonane z kartonu lub tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie opakowania, wzornic- twie i ukladzie wzornictwa oraz w kolorystyce. W pierwszej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu, który w wieczku ma wyciecie zblizone ksztaltem do prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami, które to wyciecie jest przysloniete, zamocowana po wewnetrznej stronie wieczka, przezroczysta przeslona. Spód opakowania ma nieza- drukowane duze pole w ksztalcie prostokata. Pozostala czesc opakowania jest zadrukowana wzorem plecionki. W wieczku usytuowany jest dajacy sie odginac uchwyt jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. W drugiej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przyczyni kolorystyka wzoru plecionki jest bezowo-pomaranczowa jak pokazano na fig. 3 i 4. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w stanie rozlozonym w odcieniach szarosci, fig. 2 przedstawia to samo opakowanie w stanie zlozonym i z widocznym przykladowym produktem wewnatrz opakowania, fig. 3 przedstawia to samo opakowa- nie w rozlozeniu w przykladowej kolorystyce, zas fig. 4 przedstawia opakowanie pokazane na fig. 3 w zlozeniu. The packaging may be made of cardboard or plastic. The essence of the design is the novelty of the object, manifested in the shape of the packaging, design, layout, and color scheme. In the first variant, the packaging has the shape of a flat cuboid, with a cutout in the lid resembling a rectangle with rounded corners, covered by a transparent screen attached to the inside of the lid. The bottom of the packaging has a large, unprinted rectangular area. The remainder of the packaging is printed with a wickerwork pattern. A foldable handle is located in the lid as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. In the second variant, the packaging has the same shape as in the first variant, due to the beige and orange color of the braid pattern as shown in Figs. 3 and 4. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in an unfolded state in shades of gray, Fig. 2 shows the same packaging in a folded state with a visible exemplary product inside the packaging, Fig. 3 shows the same packaging in an unfolded state in an exemplary color, and Fig. 4 shows the packaging shown in Fig. 3 in an folded state.
