Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie w ksztalcie kubka z wieczkiem przezna- czone do konfekcjonowania produktów spozywczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach gdzie odmiana I pokazana jest na - fig. 1 widok perspektywiczny kubka w odmianie I, fig. 2 wykrój pobocznicy opakowania w odmianie I, odmiana II pokazana jest na - fig. 3 widok perspektywiczny kubka w odmianie II, fig. 4 wykrój pobocznicy opakowania w odmianie II, odmiana III pokazana jest na - fig. 5 widok perspekty- wiczny kubka w odmianie III, fig. 6 wykrój pobocznicy opakowania w odmianie III, odmiana IV pokaza- na jest na - fig. 7 widok perspektywiczny kubka w odmianie IV, fig. 8 wykrój pobocznicy opakowania w odmianie IV. Opakowanie jest przedstawione w czterech odmianach kolorystycznych: I. Opakowanie w kolorystyce czarno - bialej II. Opakowanie z dominujacym kolorem czerwonym III. Opakowanie z dominujacym kolorem brazowym IV. Opakowanie z dominujacym kolorem zóltym. Opakowanie przedstawione na fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 7 ma ksztalt kubka o podstawie okraglej, i okraglym wieczku z wyraznie wystajacym poza obwód kubka uchwytem. Podstawa kubka ma obwód mniejszy niz jego wieczko. Na wieczku znajduja sie: - napis MODNY KUBEK; - wizerunek kobiety; - oznaczenia graficzne w postaci czerwonego kola z bialym napisem „clip", umieszczone w górnej czesci przykrywki i na uchwycie; - obrazek przedstawiajacy zawartosc kubka w formie dania. Trzeci segment zawiera napisy oraz rysunkowa instrukcje uzywania produktu. The packaging is presented in four color variants: I. Black and white packaging II. Packaging with a dominant color red III. Packaging with a dominant brown color IV. Packaging with a dominant yellow color. The packaging shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 5, fig. 7 has the shape of a mug with a round base and a round lid with a handle that clearly protrudes beyond the circumference of the mug. The base of the mug has a circumference smaller than the lid. The lid features: - the inscription FASHIONABLE MUG; - an image of a woman; - graphic markings in the form of a red circle with the white inscription "clip", located on the upper part of the lid and on the handle; - an image showing the contents of the mug in the form of a dish. The cut-out of the side of the mug shown in fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 6, fig. 8 consists of 4 segments. The first segment contains inscriptions regarding the nutritional value of food products and a barcode. The second segment contains: - an image of a woman; - a graphic mark in the form of a red circle with the white inscription "clip", located in the upper part; - the inscription MODNY MUG and other inscriptions; - a transparent heart-shaped window; - an image showing the contents of the mug in the form of a dish. The third segment contains inscriptions and illustrated instructions for using the product. The fourth segment contains: - an image of a woman; - a graphic mark in the form of a red circle with the white inscription "clip", located in the upper part; - the inscription: MODNY MUG and other inscriptions; - an image showing the contents of the mug in the form of a dish. Essential features of the design: 1. The inscription MODNY MUG on two segments of the side and repeated on the lid. 2. An image of a woman on two segments of the side and repeated on the lid. 3. A transparent heart-shaped window made in the side of the mug. 4. Graphic marking in the form of the inscription "clip" against a red circle, repeated in several places on the packaging, including on the lid handle. 5.
