Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka perfum, przeznaczona do zamkniecia opa- kowan kosmetyków, zwlaszcza flakonów perfum. Znana jest z szeregu opisów wzorów przemyslowych Rp 6763, 6922, 7732, 8391, 11732, na- sadka butelki perfum, zlozona z prostopadlosciennej bryly o scietych krawedziach. Istota przedmiotowego wzoru jest charakterystyczne uksztaltowanie zdobnictwo poszczegól- nych elementów. Wzór zostal przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia nasadke w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym. Nasadka wg wzoru ma postac prostopadlosciennej bryly, której cechy istotne to postac zlozona z szeregu rozlacznych elementów: prostopadlosciennej plytki o lukowych krótszych bokach z usytuowa- nym centralnie posrodku otworem, prostopadlosciennej plytki z prostokatnym obrzezem oraz centralnie usytuowanym elementem w postaci walca, oraz stanowiacego podstawe elementu zlozonego z trzech elementów usytuowanych jeden na drugim - dwóch prostopadloscianów usytuowanych jeden na drugim oraz elementu o zarysie pierscienia, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig. 2. It is known from a series of industrial design descriptions Rp 6763, 6922, 7732, 8391, and 11732, a perfume bottle cap composed of a cuboid shape with beveled edges. The essence of the design in question is the characteristic shape and ornamentation of the individual elements. The design is presented in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the cap in an unfolded perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows it in a folded perspective view. The cap according to the pattern has the form of a cuboidal solid, the essential features of which are a form composed of a number of separable elements: a cuboidal plate with arc-shaped shorter sides with a centrally located hole, a cuboidal plate with a rectangular rim and a centrally located element in the form of a cylinder, and a base element composed of three elements placed one on top of the other - two cuboids placed one on top of the other and an element with a ring outline, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
