Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza do pakowania owoców suszonych, bakalii i orzechów. Opakowanie moze byc wykonane z kartonu lub tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie opakowania, wzornictwie i ukladzie wzornictwa oraz w kolorystyce. W pierwszej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu, który w wieczku ma wyciecie zblizone ksztaltem do prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami, które to wyciecie jest przysloniete, zamocowana po wewnetrznej stronie wieczka, przezroczysta przeslona. W wieczku usytuowany jest dajacy sie odginac uchwyt. Spód opakowania ma niezadrukowane pole w ksztalcie prostokata. Na przodzie opakowania oraz po bokach usytuowane jest miejsce na logo. Wokól górnej krawedzi scian bocznych usytuowany jest nadruk w postaci paska symbolizujacego ramke. Pozostala czesc opakowania jest zadrukowana wzorem plecionki w kolorze bezowo-zóltym, o prostych liniach przeplotu i zróznicowanych dlugosciach w pionie i w poziomie przeplotu jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. W drugiej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym nadruk, nie zawiera paska przypominajacego ramke, a wzór plecionki ma linie przeplotu usytuowane ukosnie w jodelke, zas kolorystyka wzoru plecionki jest bezowo-pomaranczowa jak pokazano na fig. 3 i 4. W trzeciej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym nadruk w postaci paska usytuowany jest równiez w narozach opakowania, a wzór plecionki wykonany w kolorystyce bezowo-pomaranczowej ma proste linie przeplotu o tej samej dlugosci w pionie i w poziomie przeplotu, jak pokazano na fig. 5 i 6. W czwartej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym nadruk nie zawiera paska przypominajacego ramke, a wzór plecionki ma linie przeplotu usytuowane ukosnie, z zachowaniem odstepu pomiedzy liniami przeplotu tak, ze utworzone w ten sposób puste przestrzenie w ksztalcie kwadratu maja kolor brazowy, zas pozostala kolorystyka wzoru plecionki jest bezowo-zólta jak pokazano na fig. 7 i 8. The packaging may be made of cardboard or plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape of the packaging, design and arrangement of the design and in the colours. In the first version, the packaging has the shape of a flat cuboid, which in the lid has a cutout similar in shape to a rectangle with rounded corners, which cutout is covered by a transparent cover attached to the inside of the lid. A handle that can be bent is located in the lid. The bottom of the packaging has an unprinted area in the shape of a rectangle. There is a place for a logo on the front of the packaging and on the sides. Around the upper edge of the side walls there is a print in the form of a strip symbolising a frame. The remaining part of the package is printed with a beige and yellow wicker pattern, with straight weave lines and varying lengths vertically and horizontally of the weave as shown in figs. 1 and 2. In the second variant, the package has the shape of the first variant, whereby the print does not contain a strip resembling a frame, and the wicker pattern has weave lines arranged diagonally in a herringbone pattern, and the colour scheme of the weave pattern is beige and orange as shown in figs. 3 and 4. In the third variant, the package has the shape of the first variant, whereby the print in the form of a strip is also situated in the corners of the package, and the wicker pattern made in beige and orange colours has straight weave lines of the same length vertically and horizontally of the weave, as shown in figs. 5 and 6. In the fourth variant, the package has the shape of the first, wherein the print does not contain a strip resembling a frame, and the braid pattern has diagonal braid lines, maintaining a gap between the braid lines so that the empty spaces in the shape of a square created in this way are brown, while the remaining colours of the braid pattern are beige and yellow as shown in figs. 7 and 8.
