Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone zwlaszcza do pakowania suszonych owoców, bakalii i orzechów. Opakowanie moze byc wykonane z kartonu, tworzywa sztucz- nego, lub z kompozycji tych materialów. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie opakowania, ukladzie wzornictwa, kolorystyce oraz rodzaju zastosowanego materialu. Opakowanie ma ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu, wykonanego z kartonu lub tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym w kazdym przypadku pokrywa opakowania jest odrebnie umocowanym ele- mentem i wykonana jest z przezroczystej pleksi z nadrukiem w ksztalcie ramy oraz z nadrukiem w ksztalcie prostokatnego poprzecznego pasa umieszczonego wewnatrz ramy, przeznaczonego do umieszczania na nim napisów informacyjnych. Na ramie pokrywy naniesiony jest wzór w postaci przy- legajacych do siebie suszonych owoców albo bakalii albo orzechów w zaleznosci od przeznaczenia opakowania. Boki opakowania pokryte sa takim samym wzorem jaki naniesiony jest na ramie pokrywy albo sa w jednolitym kolorze korzystnie czarnym. W pierwszej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt plaskiego prostopadloscianu, wykonanego z kar- tonu lub tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym pokrywa opakowania jest odrebnie umocowanym elemen- tem i wykonana jest z przezroczystej pleksi z nadrukiem w ksztalcie ramy oraz z nadrukiem w ksztal- cie prostokatnego, poprzecznego pasa umieszczonego wewnatrz ramy, przeznaczonego do umiesz- czania na nim napisów informacyjnych. Na bokach opakowania oraz na ramie pokrywy naniesiony jest wzór w postaci przylegajacych do siebie orzechów laskowych w kolorze pomaranczowo-brazowym, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. W drugiej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt i nadruk na ramie taki jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym boki opakowania sa w kolorze czarnym jak pokazano na fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6. W trzeciej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym nadruk na ra- mie i bokach opakowania przedstawia przylegajace do siebie morele i wykonany jest w kolorze poma- ranczowym jak pokazano na fig. 7, fig. 8 i fig. 9. W czwartej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt i nadruk na ramie taki jak w odmianie trzeciej, przy czym boki opakowania sa w kolorze czarnym jak pokazano na fig. 10, fig. 11 i fig. 12. W piatej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt jak w odmianie pierwszej, przy czym nadruk na ramie i bokach opakowania przedstawia przylegajace do siebie orzechy nerkowca i wykonany jest w kolorze bezowo-brazowym jak pokazano na fig. 13, fig. 14 i fig. 15. W szóstej odmianie opakowanie ma ksztalt i nadruk na ramie taki jak w odmianie piatej, przy czym boki opakowania sa w kolorze czarnym jak pokazano na fig. 16, fig. 17 i fig. 18. The packaging may be made of cardboard, plastic, or a combination of these materials. The essence of the design is the novelty of the object, manifested in the shape of the packaging, design layout, color scheme, and type of material used. The packaging is a flat cuboid made of cardboard or plastic, with the lid of the packaging being a separately attached element made of transparent plexiglass with a frame-shaped print and a rectangular cross-sectional print placed inside the frame, intended for informational inscriptions. The frame of the lid features a pattern of adjacent dried fruit, dried fruit, or nuts, depending on the intended use of the packaging. The sides of the packaging are either covered with the same pattern as the frame of the lid or are a solid color, preferably black. In the first variant, the packaging is a flat cuboid made of cardboard or plastic, with the lid being a separately attached element made of transparent plexiglass with a frame-shaped print and a rectangular, transverse stripe placed inside the frame, intended for informational inscriptions. On the sides of the package and on the frame of the lid there is a pattern in the form of adjacent hazelnuts in orange-brown color, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. In the second variant, the package has the shape and the print on the frame as in the first variant, while the sides of the package are in black color, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In the third variant, the package has the shape as in the first variant, while the print on the frame and sides of the package shows adjacent apricots and is made in orange color, as shown in Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. In the fourth variant, the package has the shape and the print on the frame as in the third variant, while the sides of the package are in black color, as shown in Fig. 10, Fig. 11 and Fig. 12. In the fifth variant, the package has the shape as in the first variant, while the print on the frame and the sides of the package shows cashew nuts adjoining each other and is made in beige-brown colour as shown in Fig. 13, Fig. 14 and Fig. 15. In the sixth variant the package has the shape and the print on the frame as in the fifth variant, while the sides of the package are in black colour as shown in Fig. 16, Fig. 17 and Fig. 18. In the seventh variant the package has the shape as in the first variant, while the print on the frame and sides of the package shows dried plums adjoining each other and is made in brown-purple colour as shown in Fig. 19, Fig. 20 and Fig. 21. In the eighth variant the package has the shape and the print on the frame as in the seventh variant, while the sides of the package are in black colour as shown in Fig. 22, Fig. 23 and Fig. 24. In the ninth variant the package has the shape as in the the first one, wherein the print on the frame and sides of the package shows cranberries adjacent to each other and is made in red colour as shown in Fig. 25, Fig. 26 and Fig. 27. In the tenth variant, the package has the shape and print on the frame as in the ninth variant, wherein the sides of the package are in black colour as shown in Fig. 28, Fig. 29 and Fig. 30.
