Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zestaw etykiet przeznaczonych do wykorzystania na opakowaniach klusek. Zestaw etykiet, wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, w odmianach wykonania, przedstawiony jest na za la- czonym rysunku, na którym: Odmiana I wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 1. Ka zda etykieta posiada taki sam rozk lad elementów s lownych i graficznych. 3. W górnej cz esci etykiety, na wyznaczonym zó ltym polu umieszczony jest napis „palce liza c", a w dolnej cz esci etykiety jest has lo reklamowe „wed lug domowych przepisów". 4. Na ka zdej etykiecie, na charakterystycznie wyznaczonym polu, umieszczona jest nazwa produktu. 5. Pod nazw a produktu, na jasnym tle, umieszczona jest wizualizacja odpowiedniego produktu. 6. The set of labels, according to the industrial design, in variants of the design, is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Version I of the label is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the label; with the slogan "finger licking" and "according to home recipes"; Version II of the label is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking steamed dumplings; Version III of the label is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking Silesian dumplings; Version IV of the label is shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking kopytka; Variant V of the label is shown in Fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking steamed dumplings with the "Pudliszki" logo; Variant VI of the label is shown in Fig. 6. Fig. 6 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking Silesian dumplings with the "Pudliszki" logo; Variant VII of the label is shown in Fig. 7. Fig. 7 shows a general view of the label, intended for marking dumplings with the "Pudliszki" logo; The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The upper part of the removed label's backbone is made in red and yellow colors characteristic for marking products with the "Pudliszki" trademark. 2. Each label has the same layout of verbal and graphic elements. 3. In the upper part of the label, in a designated yellow field, there is the inscription "finger licking good", and in the lower part of the label there is the advertising slogan "according to home recipes". 4. On each label, in a characteristically designated field, there is the name of the product. 5. Below the name of the product, on a light background, there is a visualization of the appropriate product. 6.
