Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet opakowan, skladajacy sie z opakowania duzego w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej z odkryta górna podstawa oraz opakowania mniejszego w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu, przeznaczonych zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie graficznym i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok rozlozonego opakowania o podstawie prostokatnej; fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie o podstawie prostokatnej w widoku z góry z boku; fig. 3 przedstawia opakowanie o podstawie prostokatnej w widoku z góry od przodu; fig. 4 przedstawia opakowanie o podstawie prostokatnej w widoku z góry wraz z zawartoscia opakowan jednostkowych; fig. 5 przedstawia widok rozlozonego opakowania o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu; fig. 6 przedstawia opakowanie o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu w widoku z góry; fig. 7 przedstawia w rzucie prostokatnym opakowanie o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu w widoku z góry. Opakowanie duze o podstawie prostokata - fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 - ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka, które zamiast górnej podstawy, ma wolna przestrzen, a tylko przy krótszych bokach jest pas majacy w czesci srodkowej ksztalt luku, na którym umieszczone jest logo HANKA od 1923 roku umieszczone na tle srebrnego owalu ze srebrna obwódka. Na powierzchni opakowania, na ciemnoniebieskim tle umieszczone sa elementy graficzne w postaci cieniowanych pasm w kolorze niebieskim tworzace wzór wira, a krawedzie pudelka sa w kolorze srebrnym, na tle którego widoczna jest drobna kratka koloru bialego. The new form of the design is manifested in the shape, graphic layout, and colors. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows an unfolded view of the package with a rectangular base; Fig. 2 shows a top-side view of the package with a rectangular base; Fig. 3 shows a top-front view of the package with a rectangular base; Fig. 4 shows a top view of the package with a rectangular base together with the contents of the unit packages; Fig. 5 shows an unfolded view of the package with a base approximately square; Fig. 6 shows a top view of a package with a base close to a square; Fig. 7 shows a top view of a rectangular package with a base close to a square. The packages constituting a set according to the industrial design are characterized by the following features: 1. The large package with a rectangular base - Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 - has the shape of a cuboid box, which instead of an upper base has free space, and only on the shorter sides is there a band in the middle in the shape of an arc, on which is placed the HANKA since 1923 logo, placed against a silver oval with a silver border. On the surface of the package, against a dark blue background, there are graphic elements in the form of shaded blue bands creating a swirl pattern, and the edges of the box are silver, against which a fine white checkered pattern is visible. Other significant features of the design are the graphic elements placed on the packaging, including on the side, front wall, in the lower part there is a centrally drawn red ribbon with white tips with the inscription in white SŁODYCZE POLSKIE, below there is a drawing of three cuboid chocolates, where two are wrapped in silver foil with graphic elements applied, including the inscription HANKA on the background of a blue semicircle, while the third chocolate is drawn in cross-section in brown with visible pieces of light yellow nuts and in the foreground of this graphic element, in front of the chocolates, there are 4 peanuts in shells, and below there is the inscription "TRADYCYJNE MICHALKI" in blue on the background of an oval with a silver border, and below there is the inscription ORYGINALNE (ORIGINAL) underlined with wavy lines in blue and white, under which there is the inscription in white HANKA 1923. The side walls repeat the ribbon design with the words "POLISH SWEETS," while the rear side wall features only the manufacturer's information. The lower base contains product information, while the upper middle section displays the product's composition in a table on the left and graphic elements from the upper base on the right, and below them, information on how to store the product, as well as the manufacturer's information and barcode. 2. The smaller package with a roughly square base - figs. 5, 6, 7 - has the shape of a cuboid box. On the surface, against a dark blue background, are placed graphic elements in the form of shaded blue stripes creating a swirl pattern. The edges of the box are silver, against which a fine white checkered pattern is visible.
