Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa: etykieta opakowania i jej kolejne odmiany. Opracowana etykieta przeznaczona jest do umieszczania jej na opakowaniu artykulów spozywczych, tj. makaronów. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Dodatkowo na ilustracjach fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 przedstawiono zastosowanie wzoru i jego odmian. Napis umieszczony jest na bialym, poziomo ulozonym, zasadniczo owalnym polu, obwiedzionym niebieska linia. Nad bialym polem widoczne sa rozmieszczone syme- trycznie wzgledem srodka etykiety klosy zbóz, wykonane w kolorze zólto-pomaran- czowo-brazowo-czerwonym; - ponizej, umieszczono jedno pod drugim - dwa pola, z których kazde przypomina ksztal- tem fantazyjnie ulozona wstege, przy czym - na górnym, nieco szerszym cieniowanym, zlotym polu umieszczono wykonany bialymi literami napis „Makaron"; - na dolnym - bialym polu umieszczono niebieski napis „lane kluski"; - ponizej pól przypominajacych ksztaltem fantazyjnie ulozone wstegi na etykiecie widocz- ne sa: centralnie - fantazyjny rysunek zólto-bialego makaronu nawinietego na szaro- srebrny widelec, po jego prawej stronie umieszczono pole w ksztalcie bialego kola, ob- wiedzionego cieniowana zlota linia, przy czym krawedz bialego pola jest fantazyjnie po- wycinana, zas w obrebie pola umieszczono w dwóch liniach niebieski napis „4 jajeczny", z lewej strony rysunku z makaronem umieszczono niewielki fantazyjny rysunek zóltego zegara, w którego dolnej czesci widoczny jest garnek. The developed label is intended for use on food packaging, i.e., pasta. The industrial design being protected is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2 and 3 illustrate its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design. Additionally, Figures 4, 5, and 6 illustrate the application of the design and its variations. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) packaging label - fig. 1, 2) packaging label with the inscription "with bear's garlic" - fig. 2, 3) packaging label with the inscription "with lovage" - fig. 3. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 - the packaging label - is that: - it is a vertically elongated, essentially trapezoidal, dark blue field, the upper edge of which is additionally arched; - a shaded, golden contour line is placed a short distance along the edge of the label, constituting a sort of frame for the colored field of the label, and - drawings and inscriptions are placed on the colored field of the label, in the following order: - in the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a blue inscription "GOLiARD" in capital letters, with the dot of the letter "i" in the inscription being in red. The inscription is placed on a white, horizontally arranged, basically oval field, outlined with a blue line. Above the white field, ears of cereal, arranged symmetrically in relation to the center of the label, are visible, in yellow-orange-brown-red; - below, one below the other - two fields, each of which in shape resembles a fancifully arranged ribbon, where - on the upper, slightly wider, shaded, gold field there is the inscription "Makaron" (Pasta) written in white letters; - on the lower - white field there is a blue inscription "lane kluski" (laminated dumplings); - below the fields resembling in shape the fancifully arranged ribbons on the label there are visible: in the center - a fanciful drawing of yellow and white pasta wound around a gray and silver fork, on its right side there is a field in the shape of a white circle, outlined with a shaded gold line, with the edge of the white field being fancifully cut out, and within the field there is a blue inscription "4 jajeczny" (4 eggs) written in two lines, on the left side of the drawing of pasta there is a small fanciful drawing of a yellow clock, in the lower part of which there is a visible pot.
