The label is intended for use on food packaging and constitutes the front of the packaging. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 illustrate its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 - a label with fruit decoration and the inscription "Fermented wine and apple vinegar 6% acidity" - is that it consists of a rectangular field on which the following are visible from the top: - a red oval field, in the upper part of which there is a light green leaf extending slightly beyond the field, the leaf casting a green shadow. The oval field is surrounded by a white line, narrowing and ending fancifully at the leaf, and a dark red line - interrupted below the leaf. In an oval field there is the inscription "Jamar" written in fancy yellow letters, with the letter "J" being capitalized and the remaining letters being lowercase; - below there is the inscription on several lines: "Fermentation vinegar for wine and apples 6% acidity", with the word "OCET" written in capital green letters, inside the letter "O" there are three light green dots visible, and in its upper part - a drawing of a light green leaf casting a green shadow extending beyond the letter. The light green word "fermentacyjny" is written in lowercase letters, as is the inscription "wine and apple", written in a slightly darker color. The inscription "6% acidity" is written in red, with part of the inscription "6%" written in a slightly larger font than the inscription "acidity"; - in the middle part of the label, on the left side, there is a light green and white circular field, outlined with a green contour line. Around the perimeter is the inscription "NA WODZIE ZE ZRÓDEL JURAJSKICH" (ON THE WATER OF JURASSIC SPRINGS), written in large white letters. In the central, white part of the circular field, there is a shaded, blue-green, fanciful drawing composed of blue shaded drops, a blue line, and a green shaded, irregular field, resembling a spring bubbling from underground; - the lower part of the rectangular field of the label is a red field, the upper edge of which is curved downwards. This field features an oval white field outlined with a darker red contour line, inside which the red inscription "Jamarynuje" is visible, with part of the inscription "Jamar" in a slightly thicker font, while the lower part of the letter "y" has been extended and its shape corresponds to the white one, narrowing at the end of the line surrounding the red oval placed in the upper part of the label. Above the inscription "Jamarynuje" is the word "KONKURS" written in large light green letters. The lower part of the white oval is slightly obscured by a fanciful drawing of an arc-shaped yellow arrow, the upper edge of which is finished with a red contour line and on which a slightly arc-shaped red inscription "details on the reverse" written in small letters is placed; - Additionally, in the upper part of the label, its background is shaded from white in the central part to light yellow in the edges, and above the arched line of the lower red field of the label is a fruit decoration created by a composition of a green and three red apples with yellow shading, brown stems, and green leaves.
