Opakowanie sera Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie sera przeznaczone do przechowywania i ekspozycji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete opakowania sera oznaczonego jako „Tylzycki", fig. 1.2 foliowe opakowanie sera oznaczonego jako „Tylzycki", fig. 2 etykiete opakowania sera oznaczonego jako „Zloty Mazur", a fig. 2.1 foliowe opakowanie sera oznaczonego jako „Zloty Mazur" . Wykaz odmian: 1. foliowe opakowanie sera zawierajace po srodku napis,, Tylzycki", 2. foliowe opakowanie sera zawierajace po srodku napis „Zloty Mazur" . Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego opakowania sera sa nastepujace: 1. osnowe etykiety opakowania tworzy duza litera „M" dzielaca ja na czesc górna - zielona w przypadku odmiany pierwszej i jasno brazowa w odmianie drugiej oraz czesc dolna szara, przy czym w pewnej odleglosci od granicy kolorów, wzdluz obrysu litery „M", wrysowana jest jasniejsza linia, 2. u góry, poza obrysem litery „M", umieszczony jest znak towarowy chroniony prawem nr 189926 stanowiacy wpisany w elipse granatowy napis „Mlekpol", 3. w centralnej czesci etykiety opakowania, w punkcie skrzyzowania sie ramion litery M, znajduje sie kolo w kolorze zielonym w odmianie pierwszej i w odcieniach brazu w odmianie drugiej,2 4. posrodku kola na prostokatnym polu, wystajacym poza obreb kola, znajduja sie napisy „Tylzycki,, w odmianie pierwszej i „Zloty Mazur,, w odmianie drugiej a ponizej, w obu odmianach, napis „Ser zólty w plastrach" zas na obwodzie kola napis „Najszlachetniejsze Polskie Sery", 5. prostokatne pole w kole w odmianie pierwszej jest jasno brazowe a w odmianie drugiej zlociste, przy czym powyzej pola umieszczone sa zólte plastry sera, 6. na dole w prawym dolnym rogu etykiety na szarym tle, po wewnetrznej stronie litery „ M", znajduje sie biale nakrycie z ulozonymi zwinietymi plastrami zóltego sera przybranymi zielona nacia pietruszki oraz czerwonym pomidorem w odmianie pierwszej i oliwkami w odmianie drugiej.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 1.2 Fig.2 Fig. 2.1ZALACZNIK D O ZWROTU PLCheese packaging The subject of the industrial design is cheese packaging intended for storage and display. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the label of the cheese packaging marked "Tylzycki", Fig. 1.2 the foil packaging of the cheese marked "Tylzycki", Fig. 2 the label of the cheese packaging marked "Złoty Mazur", and Fig. 2.1 the foil packaging of the cheese marked "Złoty Mazur". List of varieties: 1. foil packaging of cheese with the inscription "Tylzycki" in the middle, 2. foil packaging of cheese with the inscription "Złoty Mazur" in the middle. The essential features of the industrial design of the cheese packaging are as follows: 1. the base of the packaging label is formed by a large letter "M", dividing it into an upper part - green in the case of the first variety and light brown in the second variety, and a lower part - grey, with a lighter line drawn at a certain distance from the color border, along the outline of the letter "M", 2. at the top, outside the outline of the letter "M", there is a trademark protected by law No. 189926, which is a navy blue inscription "Mlekpol" inscribed in an ellipse, 3. in the central part of the packaging label, at the point where the arms of the letter M intersect, there is a circle in green in the first variety and in shades of brown in the second variety, 2 4. in the middle of the circle, on a rectangular field protruding beyond the circle, there are inscriptions "Tylżycki" in the first variety and "Złoty Mazur" in the second variety and below, in both varieties, the inscription "Yellow cheese in slices" and around the circumference of the circle the inscription "Najlachetniejsze Polskie Sery" (The Noblest Polish Cheeses), 5. the rectangular field in the circle in the first variety is light brown and in the second variety golden, with yellow cheese slices placed above the field, 6. at the bottom, in the lower right corner of the label on a gray background, on the inside of the letter "M", there is a white cover with arranged rolled slices of yellow cheese decorated with green parsley and a red tomato in the first variety and olives in the second variety.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 1.2 Fig.2 Fig. 2.1 APPENDIX TO THE RETURN PL
