Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw etykiet przeznaczonych do wykorzystania na opakowaniach zawierajacych warzywa. Zestaw etykiet, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, w odmianach wykonania, przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Odmiana I wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 1. Fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym, przeznaczona do fasoli bialej. Odmiana II wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 2. Fig. 2 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przeznaczona do fasoli czerwonej. Odmiana III wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 3. Fig. 3 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym, przeznaczona do groszku o nazwie „soczysty". Odmiana IV wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 4. Fig. 4 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym, przeznaczona do kukurydzy o nazwie" chrupiaca". Odmiana V wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 5. Tlo etykiet warzyw jest wykonane w kolorystyce czerwono zóltej charakterystycznej dla oznaczania wyrobów ze znakiem towarowym „Pudliszki". 2. Kazda etykieta posiada taki sam rozklad elementów slownych i graficznych. 3. Na kazdej etykiecie, na charakterystycznie wyznaczonym polu, pod logo „Pudliszki" umie- szczona jest nazwa warzywa, które jest w opakowaniu. 4. Ponizej umieszczony jest wyróznik tej nazwy 5. Pod nazwa warzywa przedstawiona jest wizualizacja warzywa czesciowo rozrzuconego, czesciowo umieszczonego w miseczce. Dodatkowo umieszczone sa straki warzyw lub kolba kukurydzy. 6. Przy krawedzi miseczki umieszczony jest na bialym owalnym tle napis „BEZ KONSERWA- NTÓW". 7. The set of labels, according to the industrial design, in variants of its design, is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Version I of the label is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for white beans. Version II of the label is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for red beans. Version III of the label is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for peas called "juicy." Version IV of the label is shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for corn called "crunchy." Variant V of the label is shown in Fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for beans. Variant VI of the label is shown in Fig. 6. Fig. 6 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for beans. Variant VII of the label is shown in Fig. 7. Fig. 7 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for peas. Variant VIII of the label is shown in Fig. 8. Fig. 8 shows a general view, unfolded, of the label, intended for corn. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The background of the vegetable labels is made in red and yellow colors characteristic of products with the "Pudliszki" trademark. 2. Each label has the same layout of verbal and graphic elements. 3. On each label, in a characteristically designated field, under the "Pudliszki" logo, the name of the vegetable contained in the package is placed. 4. Below, there is a distinguishing mark for this name. 5. Under the name of the vegetable, there is a visualization of the vegetable, partially scattered, partially placed in a bowl. Additionally, there are vegetable pods or a corn cob. 6. At the edge of the bowl, on a white oval background, there is the inscription "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES". 7.
