4 7 4 41 Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przedstawiajacy w sposób fantazyjny postac ludzka utworzona z kapsulek, uchwycona w róznych pozycjach - stojaca, biegnaca, lezaca siedzaca, rozmyslajaca. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie graficznym i kolorystycznym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1. Ilustracje Fig. 2 - 10 przedstawiaja odpowiednio poszczególne odmiany wzoru i tak: Fig. 2 - wzór w odmianie pierwszej, gdzie postac stojaca trzyma w rekach parasol. Fig. 3 - wzór w odmianie drugiej, gdzie postac idaca trzyma w jednej podniesionej rece parasol. Fig. 4 - wzór w odmianie trzeciej, gdzie postac biegnie z parasolem.Fig. 5 - wzór w odmianie czwartej, gdzie postac z parasolem niejako „przysiadla" zadumana. Fig. 6 - wzór w odmianie piatej, gdzie postac niejako przysiadla zadumana. Fig. 7 - wzór w odmianie szóstej, gdzie gdzie postac siedzi. Fig. 8 - wzór w odmianie siódmej, gdzie postac która siedzi trzyma parasol. Fig. 9 - wzór w odmianie ósmej, gdzie postac która lezy na boku trzyma parasol. Fig. 10 - wzór w odmianie dziewiatej, gdzie postac lezy na boku. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znaku graficznego, gdzie ta sama postac ludzka utworzona zostala ze stylizowanych kapsulek, a przedstawiona w poszczególnych pozycjach tj. stojacej, siedzacej, biegnacej, idacej w odmianach równiez z parasolem. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, manifested in the original graphic and color layout. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. Illustrations Figs. 2 - 10 show individual variations of the design, respectively: Fig. 2 - the first variation of the design, where the standing figure holds an umbrella. Fig. 3 - the second variation of the design, where the walking figure holds an umbrella in one raised hand. Fig. 4 - the third variation of the design, where the figure is running with an umbrella. Fig. 5 - design in the fourth variation, where the figure with an umbrella is "squatting" in thought. Fig. 6 - design in the fifth variation, where the figure is sitting in thought. Fig. 7 - design in the sixth variation, where the figure is sitting. Fig. 8 - design in the seventh variation, where the figure sitting is holding an umbrella. Fig. 9 - design in the eighth variation, where the figure lying on its side is holding an umbrella. Fig. 10 - design in the ninth variation, where the figure is lying on its side. The essential features of the industrial design are the new and individually unique form of the graphic symbol, where the same human figure is created from stylized capsules and presented in individual positions, i.e. standing, sitting, running, walking, in different variations also with an umbrella.
