T lo etykiet pomidorów krojonych jest wykonane w kolorystyce czerwono zó ltej charaktery- stycznej dla oznaczania wyrobów ze znakiem towarowym „Pudliszki". 2. Ka zda etykieta posiada taki sam rozk lad elementów s lownych i graficznych. 3. Na ka zdej etykiecie, na charakterystycznie wyznaczonym polu, umieszczony jest napis „Pomidory krojone". 4. Na etykietach pomidorów krojonych z dodatkami naniesiony jest dodatkowo napis „z bazyli a i oregano" lub „z oliw a z oliwek i czosnkiem", wykonane charakterystyczna czcionk a. 5. Poni zej, pod nazw a pomidorów krojonych przedstawiona jest wizualizacja miseczki z pomidorami. 6. W obr ebie miseczki umieszczony jest na bia lym owalnym tle napis „BEZ KONSERWANTÓW". 7. The set of labels, according to the industrial design, in variants of embodiment, is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Variant I of the label is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows the label for marking diced tomatoes, in a general view, unfolded before being applied to the packaging, with a characteristic background with printed tomatoes. Variant II of the label is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows the label for diced tomatoes in a general view, unfolded before being applied to the packaging, with a characteristic background with printed tomatoes, basil and oregano; Variant III of the label is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows the label for sliced tomatoes, in a general view, unfolded before applying to the packaging, with a characteristic background with printed tomatoes, garlic and a bottle of olive oil; Variant IV of the label is shown in Fig. 4. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The background of the labels for sliced tomatoes is made in red and yellow colors characteristic of marking products with the "Pudliszki" trademark. 2. Each label has the same layout of verbal and graphic elements. 3. On each label, in a characteristically designated field, the inscription "Sliced Tomatoes" is placed. 4. On the labels of diced tomatoes with additions, the inscription "with basil and oregano" or "with olive oil and garlic" is additionally printed in a characteristic font. 5. Below, under the name of the diced tomatoes, there is a visualization of a bowl with tomatoes. 6. Within the bowl, on a white oval background, there is the inscription "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES". 7.
