The subject of the industrial design is confectionery packaging, intended specifically for packaging gingerbread cookies, characterized by a new and unique design, manifested in its graphics and colors. The confectionery packaging, as designed in the industrial design, is shown in the illustrative material, which depicts an unfolded packaging for a confectionery product, namely gingerbread cookies with chocolate coating. The essential features of the packaging for confectionery products according to the industrial design are that the packaging is made in brown, burgundy and white tones, in which: - on its main surface in brown, burgundy and white, there are images of brown confectionery products in the form of gingerbread cookies, one of which is cut in half, revealing the filling, the upper brown surface of which is decorated with irregular, convex stripes, and there are also images of several fruits, i.e. a red apple, a bunch of navy blue grapes with green leaves, red strawberries and raspberries with green leaves and ears of grain, these elements being placed around a white oval and on a white background, and in the upper part of this composition, on a background similar in shape to an irregular beige rectangle, there are inscriptions in bluish letters "gingerbread Scotland" and "Scotsman ginger bread", between which there is a horizontal blue line divided by a blue dot, and an inscription in white letters "HOME RECIPE", where this inscription is additionally placed on a red ribbon, and there are inscriptions in white letters "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski" placed on a background in the shape of an irregular yellow rectangle, where the inscription "TAGO" is outlined with a blue line and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is on a blue stripe, while both background surfaces for the said inscriptions have rounded edges and are outlined with blue lines, and in each of them, the upper edge is additionally rounded, while in the upper part, above these graphic elements, there is a multi-coloured ribbon, and next to these elements, on the sides of the packaging, on both sides, on rectangular backgrounds, there are information inscriptions about the product and the manufacturer; - while on the next surface of the packaging, in brown, burgundy and white, there are also images of brown confectionery products in the form of gingerbread cookies, one of which is cut in half, revealing the filling, the upper brown surface of which is decorated with irregular, convex stripes, and there are also images of several fruits, i.e. a red apple, a bunch of navy blue grapes with green leaves, red strawberries and raspberries with green leaves and ears of grain, as well as a brown walnut and vanilla, these elements are grouped and placed on a white background, and in the upper part of this composition there are, on a background similar in shape to an irregular beige rectangle, inscriptions in blue letters "Scotsman ginger bread" and "Gingerbread Scot", between which there is a horizontal blue line divided by a blue dot, and an inscription in white in letters, "HOME RECIPE", where this inscription is additionally placed on a red ribbon and, on a background in the shape of an irregular yellow rectangle, there are inscriptions in white letters "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", where the inscription "TAGO" is outlined with a blue line and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is on a blue stripe, while both background surfaces for the mentioned inscriptions have rounded edges and are outlined with blue lines, and in each of them, the upper edge is additionally rounded, while in the upper part, above these graphic elements, there is a multi-coloured ribbon.
