Etykieta opakowania twarogu, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w centralnej czesci etykiety fantazyjny rysunek dobrego, wyraznie usmiechnietego „duszka" w kolorze bialym o zarysach cieniowanych w kolorze jasnoniebieskim. Pod rysunkiem jest umieszczony napis „Bieluch" o mocno stylizowanych literach w cieniowanym kolorze ciemnoniebieskim. Fantazyjny rysunek dobrego „duszka" umieszczony jest na tle obszaru okolonego w górnej czesci falista linia. z która styczny jest element graficzny w postaci obszaru kolistego z elementem pierscieniowym. Pod tym elementem graficznym jest umieszczony napis: „POZNAJ DOBRA2 ZYWNOSC", przy czym element graficzny oraz napis maja kolor czerwony. W górnej czesci etykieta ma obszar w kolorze bialym, na którym widnieje napis: „TWARÓG", a nieco ponizej jest napis rodzaju twarogu. Górne naroza tego obszaru sa mocno wyokraglone, a w prawym narozu jest uksztaltowany uskok, gdzie na powierzchni obrzeza etykiety jest rysunek zespolu strzalek z napisem: „OTWÓRZ" i „ ZAMKNIJ". Obrzeze etykiety twarogu oraz linia falista ma identyczny kolor jak napis „TWARÓG". Obszar etykiety ponizej linii falistej ma cieniowane zabarwienie w jasnej tonacji barwy obrzeza etykiety i posiada rysunki w kolorze bialym o fantazyjnym nieregularnym obrysie. Na obrzezach etykiety umieszczone sa napisy informacyjne odnosnie producenta i produktu. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony na Fig. 1 ma pod napisem „TWARÓG" napis „chudy", a zabarwienie tych napisów oraz obrzeza etykiety i linii falistej sa w kolorze zielonym. Pod napisami „TWARÓG" i „chudy" jest podkreslony napis: „O % tluszczu!" o czerwonej barwie liter. Zespól strzalek na obrzezu etykiety ma kolor ciemnoniebieski. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona na Fig.2 ma pod napisem „TWARÓG" napis „póltlusty", a zabarwienie liter tych napisów oraz obrzeza etykiety i linii falistej sa w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim. Zespól strzalek na obrzezu etykiety ma kolor niebieski. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona na Fig.3 ma pod napisem „TWARÓG" napis „tlusty", a zabarwienie liter tych napisów oraz obrzeza etykiety i linii falistej sa w kolorze czerwonym. Zespól strzalek na obrzezu etykiety ma kolor bialy.3 Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego: - etykieta ma w centralnej czesci fantazyjny rysunek dobrego, wyraznie usmiechnietego „duszka" w kolorze bialym o zarysach cieniowanych w kolorze jasnoniebieskim. - pod rysunkiem jest umieszczony napis „Bieluch" o mocno stylizowanych literach w cieniowanym kolorze ciemnoniebieskim. - fantazyjny rysunek dobrego „duszka" umieszczony jest na tle obszaru okolonego w górnej czesci falista linia. - w górnej czesci etykieta ma obszar w kolorze bialym, na którym widnieje napis: „TWARÓG", a nieco ponizej jest napis rodzaju twarogu, - górne naroza obszaru w kolorze bialym sa mocno wyokraglone, a w prawym narozu jest uksztaltowany uskok, gdzie na powierzchni obrzeza etykiety jest rysunek zespolu strzalek z napisem: „OTWÓRZ" i „ ZAMKNIJ", - obrzeze etykiety twarogu oraz linia falista i napis informujacy o rodzaju twarogu ma identyczny kolor jak napis „TWARÓG", - obszar etykiety ponizej linii falistej ma cieniowane zabarwienie w jasnej tonacji barwy obrzeza etykiety i posiada rysunki w kolorze bialym o fantazyjnym nieregularnym obrysie. The subject of the industrial design is a cottage cheese packaging label intended to mark individual packages in the form of extruded containers with a rectangular outline. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the low-fat cottage cheese packaging label; Fig. 2 illustrates the semi-fat cottage cheese packaging label; Fig. 3 illustrates the full-fat cottage cheese packaging label. The cottage cheese packaging label, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a fanciful drawing of a kind, clearly smiling white "ghost" in the center of the label, with light blue shading. Below the drawing is the inscription "Bieluch" with strongly stylized letters in a shaded dark blue color. A fanciful drawing of a good "ghost" is placed against the background of an area surrounded in the upper part by a wavy line, which is connected to a graphic element in the form of a circular area with an annular element. Below this graphic element is the inscription: "POZNAJ DOBRA2 ZYWNOSC" (Discover Good Food), with the graphic element and the inscription in red. In the upper part of the label there is a white area with the inscription: "TWARÓG" (Cottage Cheese), and slightly below it is the inscription of the type of cottage cheese. The upper corners of this area are strongly rounded, and in the right corner there is a shaped recess, where on the surface of the label's rim there is a drawing of a set of arrows with the inscriptions: "OTWÓRZ" (Open) and "ZAMKNIJ" (Close). The rim of the cottage cheese label and the wavy line are the same color as the inscription "TWARÓG" (Cottage Cheese). The area of the label below the wavy line has a shaded color in a light shade of the label's edge and has white drawings with a fanciful, irregular outline. Information about the manufacturer and the product is placed on the edges of the label. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the word "lean" under the word "TWARÓG" (curd cheese), and the color of these words and the edges of the label and wavy line are green. Under the words "TWARÓG" and "lean" is the inscription: "O % tłuszczu!" (O% fat!) underlined in red letters. The set of arrows on the edge of the label is dark blue. The variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has the word "semi-fat" under the word "TWARÓG" (curd cheese), and the color of these words and the edges of the label and wavy line are dark blue. The set of arrows on the edge of the label is blue. The industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "TWARÓG" (fat) under the inscription "TWARÓG" (curd cheese) and the letters of these inscriptions and the edges of the label and the wavy line are red. The set of arrows on the edge of the label is white.3 Essential features of the industrial design: - the label has in the central part a fanciful drawing of a good, clearly smiling "ghost" in white with light blue shaded outlines. - under the drawing there is the inscription "Bieluch" with strongly stylized letters in dark blue shaded color. - the fanciful drawing of a good "ghost" is placed against the background of an area surrounded in the upper part by a wavy line. - in the upper part the label has a white area with the inscription: "TWARÓG", and slightly below there is an inscription indicating the type of curd cheese, - the upper corners of the white area are strongly rounded, and in the right corner there is a recess, where on the surface of the label's rim there is a drawing of a set of arrows with the inscription: "OTWÓRZ" and "ZAMKNIJ", - the rim of the curd cheese label and the wavy line and the inscription informing about the type of curd cheese are in the same color as the inscription "TWARÓG", - the area of the label below the wavy line has a shaded color in a light tone of the color of the label's rim and has white drawings with a fancy, irregular outline.
