The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, illustrating the packaging in an unfolded state, from the front and back, as viewed from above. Food packaging, particularly rice, can be made from paper, cardboard, paperboard, or plastics. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photograph include that the packaging, when unfolded, has a rectangular outline divided into two parts, one part being the front of the package and the other the back. The surfaces of the front and back are dark. On this dark surface are decorative frames for the front and back of the packaging. The frames have richly decorated corners, connected by narrow lines. Inside these decorative frames, both on the front and back of the packaging, are rectangular panels outlined with lines in the same color as the lines connecting the decorative corners. The lines surrounding the panels are slightly wider than the lines connecting the corners. The panel surface on the front of the packaging is decorated with a drawing of a vessel with an arched rim filled with a meal of rice in two colors, meat, a dash of green spices, and raisins. The vessel is placed in the foreground. The background of the drawing is a landscape view of a rice field. In the distance, trees are visible, buildings between the trees, and on the horizon, mountains against a bright sky. Above the horizon, the surface of the board is shaded, transitioning from light to dark, matching the rest of the packaging. Stylized word and graphic motifs are arranged in three horizontal rows against this shaded background, with the top motif standing out from the others through its size and distinct font. Each letter of this inscription is shaded. The rear of the package, within a rectangular frame, is shaded across its entire surface, gradually transitioning from light to dark at the bottom, matching the rest of the packaging. Small-print information inscriptions are placed in horizontal rows on the rear panel. These inscriptions refer to the regulations for cooking rice. They also contain information on the origin of the rice contained within, in accordance with the industrial design. Above the small inscriptions are larger, stylized inscriptions arranged in two rows. The upper part of the back surface of the packaging, between the decorative frame and the peripheral line of the board, is decorated with a stylized word-graphic motif, which is a reproduction of the motif placed at the top of the board on the front surface of the packaging.
