Etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej sza- cie graficznej i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata w kolorze czerwonym, w którego czesci centralnej znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy krajobraz pustynny z zielonymi kaktusami i z widocznymi w tle brazowymi zarysami masywów górskich, nad którymi niebo zabarwione jest na kolor zólty i pomaranczowy. Na tle tego krajobrazu, na pierwszym planie znajduje sie rysunek bialo-niebieskiego platka ryzowego uosabiaja-cego stojacego i opartego o plot szeryfa, trzymajacego w jednym reku bezowy kape- lusz, a w drugim zólta lyzke. U góry etykiety, na czerwonym tle znajduje sie napis w kolorze bialym podkreslony cienka biala linia; ponizej jest napis wykonany w dwóch wierszach w kolorze bialym z niebieska obwódka, przy czym litery w gór- nym wierszu sa ulozone wzdluz linii lukowo wy gietej, zas przed i za literami dolnego wiersza znajduja sie piecioramienne gwiazdki w kolorze bialym z niebieska obwódka. Po prawej stronie dwuwierszowego napisu znajduje sie okrag wykonany cienka biala linia, wewnatrz którego znajduja sie napisy i gwiazdki równiez w kolorze bialym. W prawym dolnym rogu etykiety znajduje sie element graficzny w postaci rysunku stylizowanego wiatraka kolorze zielonym, a na jego tle umieszczone sa napisy w kolo- rze fioletowym z biala obwódka i w kolorze czarnym na tle bialego, lukowo wygietego paska. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifesting itself in its original graphic design and color scheme. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the label from the front. The label, according to the design, is a red rectangle, the central part of which features a drawing of a desert landscape with green cacti and the brown outlines of mountain ranges visible in the background, above which the sky is tinted yellow and orange. Against this landscape background, in the foreground is a drawing of a blue and white rice paddy representing a sheriff standing and leaning against a fence, holding a beige hat in one hand and a yellow spoon in the other. At the top of the label, on a red background, is white lettering underlined by a thin white line; below is a two-line white lettering with a blue border, with the letters in the top line arranged along a curved line, and five-pointed white stars with a blue border appear before and after the letters in the bottom line. To the right of the two-line lettering is a circle with a thin white line, inside which are lettering and stars also in white. In the lower right corner of the label, there is a graphic element in the form of a stylized green windmill, and against this background are lettering in purple with a white border and in black against a white, curved stripe.
