Etykiety na kosmetyki do wlosów. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa etykiety przeznaczone na kosmetyki do wlosów typu rozjasniacze do wlosów. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w ukladzie graficznym i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete „Super intensywny rozjasniacz do wlosów mikrogranulowany bezpylowy pachnacy" pod nazwa „blond specjal" w kolorystyce czarno-bialej, fig.2 przedstawia etykiete „Intensywny rozjasniacz do wlosów mikrogranulowany bezpylowy pachnacy" pod nazwa „blond platin" w kolorystyce czarno-bialej, fig.3 przedstawia etykiete „Super intensywny rozjasniacz do wlosów mikrogranulowany bezpylowy pachnacy" pod nazwa „silver" w kolorystyce czarno-bialej, fig.4 etykiete „blond specjal" we wlasciwej kolorystyce, fig.5 etykiete „blond platin" we wlasciwej kolorystyce, fig.6 etykiete „silver" we wlasciwej kolorystyce. Etykiety charakteryzuja sie tym, ze maja ksztalt prostokatny i jednakowy uklad graficzny, a takze taki sam kolor - granatowy - napisów z wyjatkiem napisu „mikrogranulowany bezpylowy pachnacy" i nazwy „blond platin" w kolorze bialym z uwagi na granatowe tlo etykiety, oraz jednakowych elementów graficznych, natomiast róznia sie kolorem tla i nazwa produktu identyfikujaca kolor uzyskiwany w efekcie zastosowania rozjasniacza okreslonego typu. Element graficzny umieszczony w centralnej czesci etykiety sklada sie z kola odpowiednio cieniowanego od koloru bialego do granatowego, dajacego wrazenie wizualne elementu trójwymiarowego, przestrzennego - kuli, umieszczonego wewnatrz krzywej narysowanej w postaci zblizonej do cyfry „9", kreska koloru granatowego o zmiennej grubosci, przy czym na etykiecie „blond platin" z uwagi na kolor tla, linia krzywa obwiedziona jest cienka, biala linia. The subject of the industrial design are labels intended for hair cosmetics, such as hair lighteners. The new form of the design is manifested in its graphic layout and color. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label "Super intensive microgranulated dust-free scented hair lightener" under the name "blond special" in black and white, Fig. 2 shows the label "Intensive microgranulated dust-free scented hair lightener" under the name "blond platin" in black and white, Fig. 3 shows the label "Super intensive microgranulated dust-free scented hair lightener" under the name "silver" in black and white, Fig. 4 shows the "blond special" label in the appropriate colors, Fig. 5 shows the "blond platin" label in the appropriate colors, Fig. 6 shows the "silver" label in the appropriate colors. The labels are characterized by a rectangular shape and identical graphic layout, as well as the same color - navy blue - of the inscriptions, except for the inscription "microgranulated dust-free fragrant" and the name "blond platin" in white due to the navy blue background of the label, and identical graphic elements, but they differ in the background color and the product name identifying the color obtained as a result of using a specific type of lightener. The graphic element placed in the central part of the label consists of a circle appropriately shaded from white to navy blue, giving the visual impression of a three-dimensional, spatial element - a sphere, placed inside a curve drawn in a shape similar to the number "9", with a navy blue line of variable thickness, whereas on the "blond platin" label, due to the background color, the curved line is outlined with a thin white line. The background of the "blond special" label is white, the "blond platinum" label is navy blue, shaded from the lightest in the upper part to the darkest in the lower part, and the "silver" label is silver.
