Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do oznaczania opakowan zawierajacych produkty ziolowe. Etykiete w odmianach wykonania przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Odmiana I wykonania etykiety przedstawiona jest na fig. 1. Fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w górnej czesci znajduje sie zapisany czerwona czcionka wyraz „Bitter" pod którym umieszony jest czarny napis „Oryginalne Ziola Szwedzkie". Ponizej umieszczono stylizowane okno oraz pasek. Tlo etykiety jest w kolorze zólto-pomaranczowym. Odmiana II wykonania opakowania przedstawiona jest na fig. 2. Fig. 2 przedstawia etykiete w widoku ogólnym, w górnej czesci znajduje sie zapisany czarna czcionka wyraz „Bitter" pod którym umieszony jest czarny napis „Oryginalne Ziola Szwedzkie". Tlo etykiety jest w kolorze zólto-pomaranczowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Kazda etykieta posiada czesc slowna „Bitter Oryginalne Ziola Szwedzkie". 2. Na kazdej etykiecie, na frontowej czesci, na tle prostokata umieszczone jest stylizowane okienko. 3. Na kazdej etykiecie, w dolnej czesci znajduje sie polyskujacy pasek na calej szerokosci. 4. The label in its variants is shown in the attached drawing, where: Variant I of the label is shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the label. In the upper part there is the word "Bitter" written in red font, below which is the black inscription "Original Swedish Herbs." Below are a stylized window and a stripe. The background of the label is yellow and orange. Variant II of the packaging is shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a general view of the label. In the upper part there is the word "Bitter" written in black font, below which is the black inscription "Original Swedish Herbs." Below are a stylized window and a stripe. The background of the label is gray. Version III of the packaging is shown in Fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows the label in a general view, in the upper part there is the word "Bitter" written in red font, under which there is a black inscription "Original Swedish Herbs". Below there is a stylized brown window giving the effect of depth, and below that there is a stripe. The background of the label is yellow-orange. Version IV of the packaging is shown in Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows the label in a general view, in the upper part there is the inscription "Apteka Monasztorna" placed around a picture of a monk, below there is the word "Bitter" written in red font, under which there is a black inscription "Original Swedish Herbs". Below there is a stylized brown window in which there is a bottle of herbs with a similar label, and below that there is a stripe with the inscription "Langsteiner". The background of the label is yellow-orange. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. Each label has the words "Bitter Original Swedish Herbs". 2. On the front of each label, a stylized window is placed against a rectangle. 3. On the bottom of each label, there is a shiny stripe across its entire width. 4.
