Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest torba przeznaczona do pakowania makaronów dla dzieci. Torbe w odmianach wykonania, przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku: Odmiana I wykonania przedstawiona jest na fig. 1. Fig. 1 przedstawia torbe w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed zlozeniem, przeznaczo- na do makaronu dla dzieci o nazwie „PUDLISZEK" z logo „Pudliszki". Odmiana II wykonania przedstawiona jest na fig. 2. Fig. 2 przedstawia torbe w widoku ogólnym, w stanie rozlozonym przed zlozeniem, przeznaczo- na do makaronu dla dzieci o nazwie „PUDLISZEK". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Tlo torby jest wykonane w kolorystyce czerwono pomaranczowej, charakterystycznej dla oznaczania wyrobów Zglaszajacego. Nasycenie barwa wzrasta od górnej krawedzi ku dolowi. 2. Kazda torba posiada taki sam rozklad elementów slownych i graficznych. 3. Na kazdej torbie, na frontowej czesci, w na tle prostokata umieszczona jest stylizowana szpilka cenowa, w taki sposób, który sugeruje umieszczenie nazwy makaronu w glówce szpilki cenowej, sugerujacym zawieszenie nazwy makaronu. 4. Powyzej nazwy MAKARON dla dzieci umieszczona jest charakterystyczna postac dziecka nad nazwa „Pudliszek". 5. Na kazdej etykiecie, szpilka cenowa jest wbita w srodek stylizowanej miseczki. 6. Torba pokryta jest rysunkami przedstawiajacymi postacie zwierzat. 7. The bag, in various versions, is presented in the attached drawing: Version I is presented in Fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows a general view of the bag, unfolded before folding, intended for children's pasta called "PUDLISZEK" with the "Pudliszki" logo. Version II is presented in Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a general view of the bag, unfolded before folding, intended for children's pasta called "PUDLISZEK". The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The bag's background is in red and orange, characteristic of the Applicant's products. The color saturation increases from the top edge towards the bottom. 2. Each bag has the same layout of verbal and graphic elements. 3. On the front of each bag, a stylized price pin is placed against a rectangular background, in such a way that it suggests the name of the pasta is placed in the head of the price pin, suggesting that the name of the pasta is suspended. 4. Above the name MAKARON for children, a characteristic figure of a child is placed above the name "Pudliszek". 5. On each label, the price pin is stuck in the center of a stylized bowl. 6. The bag is covered with drawings of animal figures. 7.
