Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony zwlaszcza do stosowania jako oznaczenie odrózniajace na kontenerach do zbiórki odziezy, budynkach, pojazdach, stronach internetowych, kopertach, wizytówkach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, promocyjnych i reklamowych. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru zawiera we wszystkich swoich odmianach nowa postac dziecka nadana mu przez cechy linii, ksztaltu i kolorystyke jego elementów skladowych. W pierwszej odmianie wzór sklada sie z postaci dziewczynki usytuowanej po lewej stronie, postaci chlopca po stronie prawej i zlokalizowanego miedzy nimi napisu „Dziekujemy". Postaci dzieci sa narysowane ta sama kreska i posiadaja glowy w ksztalcie elipsy, lukowe usta równolegle do linii twarzy oraz szeroko rozlozone rece, co dobitnie obrazuje radosc. Druga odmiane wzoru stanowi postac dziewczynki, zas trzecia - postac chlopca. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 2 - druga odmiane znaku graficznego, a fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane znaku graficznego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniaja sie obecnoscia postaci cieszacego sie dziecka, narysowanego czarna kreska, posiadajacego glowe w ksztalcie elipsy, równolegle do linii twarzy lukowe usta obrazujace usmiech, szeroko rozlozone w gescie radosci rece, uniesione nogi ukazujace radosny podskok oraz niebieski tulów o wyraznie mniejszej powierzchni niz glowa. Ponadto postac dziewczynki wedlug pierwszej i drugiej odmiany wzoru posiada zólte wlosy spiete czerwonymi gumkami w dwa kucyki, zas postac chlopca wedlug pierwszej i trzeciej odmiany wzoru posiada czarne wlosy i czerwone serce na tulowiu. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru posiada dodatkowo napis „Dziekujemy". The graphic mark, according to the design, in all its variations, incorporates a new child figure, defined by the line, shape, and color of its components. In the first variation, the design consists of a girl on the left, a boy on the right, and the inscription "Thank you" between them. The children are drawn with the same line and have elliptical heads, arched mouths parallel to the face, and widely spread arms, which clearly convey joy. The second variation of the design features a girl, and the third a boy. The design in question is shown in illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the graphic symbol, Fig. 2 the second version of the graphic symbol, and Fig. 3 the third version of the graphic symbol. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: All versions of the industrial design are distinguished by the presence of a happy child, drawn in black line, with an elliptical head, an arched mouth parallel to the face, depicting a smile, arms spread wide in a gesture of joy, raised legs showing a joyful jump, and a blue torso with a significantly smaller surface area than the head. Furthermore, the girl in the first and second versions of the design has yellow hair tied with red rubber bands in two ponytails, while the boy in the first and third versions has black hair and a red heart on his torso. The first version of the design also features the inscription "Thank you."
