ETYKIETA OPAKOWANIA TWARÓG MAZURSKI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania twarogu przeznaczona do pakowania wyrobów mleczarskich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barwie i kompozycji graficznej, nadajaca etykiecie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru - etykiete w kolorze czerwonym, zas fig. 2 druga odmiane wzoru - etykiete w kolorze niebieskim. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest okragly ksztalt etykiety z wypustem na obwodzie oraz wzajemne usytuowanie elementów wewnatrz okregu. Zewnetrzna i wewnetrzna obwódka kola jest zaznaczona kolorem odpowiednio czerwonym w pierwszej odmianie i niebieskim w odmianie drugiej. Na bialym tle w kole umieszczony jest napis twaróg MAZURSKI tlusty w pierwszej odmianie oraz twaróg MAZURSKI póltlusty w drugiej odmianie. W dolnej czesci uwidoczniony jest znak towarowy chroniony prawem ochronnym nr 189926 stanowiacy owal z wpisanym napisem MLEKPOL oraz zielona trójlistna konczyna. Etykieta jest ozdobiona rysunkiem czarnych lat o nieregularnych ksztaltach i nieostrych konturach.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLMAZURSKI CURD CHEESE PACKAGING LABEL. The industrial design is a curd cheese packaging label intended for packaging dairy products. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the line layout, color, and graphic composition, giving the label a unique and original appearance. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The design object is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first design variant – a red label, and Fig. 2 the second design variant – a blue label. A significant feature of the industrial design is the circular shape of the label with a projection around the circumference and the relative positioning of the elements within the circle. The outer and inner borders of the circle are marked in red in the first variant and blue in the second variant, respectively. On a white background, the inscription "MAZURSKI full-fat curd cheese" (the first variety) and "MAZURSKI semi-fat curd cheese" (the second variety) are placed in a circle. At the bottom, the trademark protected by trademark no. 189926 is visible. It consists of an oval with the inscription "MLEKPOL" and a green trefoil.
