Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barwie i kompozycji graficznej, nadajaca etykiecie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do zaspokojenia celów estetycznych, przez co etykieta uzyskuje korzystne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii Fig. 1-4 przedstawiajacej obraz etykiety. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wyrazaja sie tym, ze osnowe etykiety tworzy litera „M" dzielaca ja na czesc górna - granatowa i czesc dolna szara, przy czym w czesci granatowej wrysowana jest zólta linia wzdluz obrysu litery „M" w pewnej odleglosci od granicy kolorów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the line layout, color, and graphic composition, giving the label a unique and original appearance aimed at satisfying aesthetic goals, thereby providing the label with beneficial decorative and functional characteristics. The industrial design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1-4, showing an image of the label. The essential features of the industrial design are that the label's frame is formed by the letter "M," dividing it into an upper, navy blue section and a lower, gray section. In the navy blue section, a yellow line is drawn along the outline of the letter "M," at a distance from the color boundary. The central point of the letter "M" is filled with a navy blue circle with a wide navy blue stripe bordered by yellow lines in the upper part of the circle and a much narrower and less distinct navy blue stripe in the lower part of the circle. On the upper navy blue stripe bordered with yellow lines there is the inscription: "Najlachetniejsze Polskie Sery" (The Noblest Polish Cheeses) in yellow, and at the bottom in a circle there is the inscription "Ser zółty w platrach" (Yellow Cheese in Slices), also in yellow. In the center, horizontally through the circle, a green rectangle with a yellow border is drawn, protruding beyond the circle, with the rectangle in the middle having a gentle protrusion on which yellow cheese slices are placed. The rectangle bears the inscription EDAMSKI in white with a navy blue border. At the top, on a navy blue background, outside the outline of the letter "M" and the circle, there is the trademark of the applicant "MLEKPOL" in navy blue on a white background, in the shape of an oval, with a red, navy blue and white halo on the left side creating a three-dimensional effect.
