PL 23872 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac opakowania masla, nadana przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, fakture, material oraz ornamentacje. Opakowanie masla jest dwuczesciowe: sklada sie z pojemnika dla masla i pokrywki nakladanej na pojemnik. Opakowanie masla stanowi wytwór w ksztalcie bryly, która przypomina walec. Opakowanie masla jest uwidocznione na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – widok perspektywiczny czesciowo otwartego opakowania masla, Fig. 2 – widok zamknietego opakowania masla od góry, Fig. 3 – widok zamknietego opakowania masla z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: – Opakowanie masla jest wykonane z drewna; – Powierzchnie opakowania masla zawieraja elementy charakterystyczne dla drewna, takie jak: przebarwienia, sloje, slady seków, drobne niedoskonalosci; – Wysokosc pokrywki opakowania stanowi w przyblizeniu polowe wysokosci pojemnika; – Na górnej zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduja sie jednobarwne napisy MASLO Z MASELNICY, 200 g, 80%, których barwa i postac graficzna sugeruja, iz zostaly wyko- nane technika wypalania; – Na górnej zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduja sie jednobarwne symbole infor- mujace o zawartosci opakowania, to jest fantazyjna postac kobieca z maselnica i krowa, których barwa i postac graficzna sugeruja, iz zostaly wykonane technika wypalania; – Na górnej zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduja sie takze ornamenty w kolorze napisów oraz ornamenty w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem drewna i napisów, których postac graficzna sugeruje, iz zostaly wykonane technika wypalania; – Na bocznej zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki znajduja sie, rozmieszczone naprzemien- nie wzdluz obwodu, napisy informujace o zawartosci opakowania oraz ornamenty w ko- lorze kontrastujacym z kolorem drewna i napisów, identyczne z analogicznymi ornamen- tami na górnej powierzchni pokrywki; – Na bocznych zewnetrznych powierzchniach pojemnika i pokrywki widoczne sa techno- logiczne polaczenia elementów stanowiacych scianki boczne; – Opakowanie masla wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jednoczesnie opakowanie transportowe i ekspozycyjne oraz moze sluzyc jako oryginalne naczynie do podawania masla (maselniczka); jak pokazano na Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3. The butter packaging is in two parts: it consists of a butter container and a lid placed over the container. The butter packaging is a solid product resembling a cylinder. The butter packaging is shown in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: Fig. 1 – perspective view of a partially open butter packaging, Fig. 2 – top view of a closed butter packaging, Fig. 3 – side view of a closed butter packaging. Essential features of the industrial design: – The butter packaging is made of wood; – The surfaces of the butter packaging contain elements characteristic of wood, such as: discoloration, grain, knot marks, and minor imperfections; – The height of the packaging lid is approximately half the height of the container; – On the upper outer surface of the lid there are single-colour inscriptions MASLO Z SESELNICY, 200 g, 80%, the colour and graphic form of which suggest that they were made using the burning technique; – On the upper outer surface of the lid there are single-colour symbols informing about the contents of the package, i.e. a fanciful female figure with a butter churn and a cow, the colour and graphic form of which suggest that they were made using the burning technique; – On the upper outer surface of the lid there are also ornaments in the colour of the inscriptions and ornaments in a colour contrasting with the colour of the wood and the inscriptions, the graphic form of which suggests that they were made using the burning technique; – On the outer side surface of the lid, arranged alternately along the circumference, there are inscriptions informing about the contents of the package and ornaments in a color contrasting with the color of the wood and the inscriptions, identical to the analogous ornaments on the upper surface of the lid; – On the outer side surfaces of the container and the lid, technological connections of the elements constituting the side walls are visible; – The butter packaging according to the industrial design is both a transport and display package and can be used as an original butter serving vessel (butter dish); as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
