Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na mieszanki nasion traw majace postac prostopadlosciennego pudelka z charakterystycznymi wzorami. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce, napisach oraz rysunkach na sciankach opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, w czterech odmianach, na fig. 1 do 4 w zaleznosci od rodzaju mieszanek nasion traw, które przedstawiaja w rozwinieciu: scianke przednia, tylna, dwie scianki boczne oraz górna i dolna. Odmiana I wzoru przemyslowego stanowiaca opakowanie do mieszanek nasion traw uniwersalnych przedstawiona jest na fig. 1.1 oraz w rozwinieciu na fig. 1.2. Odmiana II wzoru przemyslowego stanowiaca opakowanie do mieszanek traw gazonowych przedstawiona jest na fig. 2.1 oraz w rozwinieciu na fig. 2.2. Odmiana III wzoru przemyslowego stanowiaca opakowanie do mieszanek traw SOLAR przedstawiona jest na fig. 3.1 oraz w rozwinieciu na fig. 3.2. Odmiana IV wzoru przemyslowego stanowiaca opakowanie do mieszanek traw SPORT jest przedstawiona na fig. 4.1 oraz w rozwinieciu na fig. 4.2. Opakowanie na mieszanki nasion traw ma postac tekturowego pudelka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Na przedniej scianie opakowan, od góry, znajduje sie napis: „NASZE NASIONA WYSIEJESZ Z PRZYJEMNOSCIA", pod którym znajduje sie falista linia w ksztalcie bialo-zóltej wstegi z owalnym polem posrodku, na którym jest rysunek korony. Pod owalnym polem znajduje sie ulozonych pólkoliscie 5 gwiazdek. Ponizej, z lewej strony jest napis „mieszanka traw" a pod nim okreslenie rodzaju mieszanki nasion traw w poszczególnych odmianach, to jest „UNIWERSALNA", „GAZON", „SOLAR" lub „SPORT". Ponizej znajduja sie dwa owalne pola z lewej i prawej strony opakowania. W lewym mniejszym polu z odcietym fragmentem z lewej strony, jest napis „Z WARMII I MAZUR" oraz logo firmy Sowul & Sowul. Ponizej znajduja sie kolorowe dwie faliste linie, z których pierwsza przechodzi w druga. Nad pierwsza linia znajduja sie dwa drzewa w kolorze linii falistych. Ponizej jest napis „POLSKIE NASIONA TRAW". W prawym wiekszym polu z odcietym fragmentem z prawej strony znajduje sie rysunek odpowiedni dla kazdego rodzaju mieszanki traw, to jest odpowiednio: dwoje dzieci siedzace na trawniku, mapa swiata w barwach zielonych, karawana wielbladów na pustyni zblizajaca sie do oazy z palmami lub trawnik z pilka do gry. Ponizej, z lewej strony, w czterech wierszach, znajduja sie informacje dotyczace zastosowania danej mieszanki traw oraz cech charakterystycznych. Z prawej strony znajduje sie falista bialo czerwona wstega a pod nia napis „PRODUKT POLSKI". Na dole przedniej sciany opakowania znajduje sie pólkolista wstega pod która, na zielonym tle, sa informacje oznaczajace zawartosc opakowania 1 kg oraz okreslenie powierzchni siewnej 35 - 50 m 2 . Tlo opakowania jest rózne w zaleznosci od rodzaju mieszanki traw, to jest odpowiednio: niebieskie, czarne, zólte lub czerwone. Tylna sciana opakowania ma taki sam wyglad jak strona przednia. Na bocznych scianach opakowania znajduja sie informacje dotyczace zalozenia i pielegnacji trawnika, dane teleadresowe firmy, informacje o pozostalych mieszankach traw, okragly znak o zabkowanych brzegach oraz logo firmy Sowul & Sowul Sp. z o.o. Na górnej sciance opakowania znajduje sie napis „MIESZANKA TRAW" oraz oznaczenie odmiany mieszanki traw oraz mniejsze owalne pole z napisami oraz pólkolista wstega jak na stronie przedniej. Opakowanie na nasiona traw, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, moze byc wykonane z papieru, kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych jak tez moze byc wielowarstwowe. Poszczególne cztery odmiany opakowan na nasiona traw róznia sie kolorem przedniej, tylnej i górnej sciany opakowania oraz poszczególnych elementów oraz napisami oznaczajacymi rodzaj oraz nazwe handlowa mieszanek traw. W pierwszej odmianie opakowania na nasiona traw, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 1.1 oraz na fig. 1.2 opakowanie ma glówne elementy szaty graficznej w kolorze niebieskim orazPL 20018 3 w owalnym polu dwoje dzieci siedzace na trawniku jest przeznaczone do mieszanki nasion dla trawy o nazwie „UNIWERSALNA". The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item manifested in the colors, inscriptions and drawings on the walls of the package. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in four versions, in figs. 1 to 4 depending on the type of grass seed mixtures, which show in development: the front wall, the back wall, two side walls and the top and bottom. Version I of the industrial design constituting a package for universal grass seed mixtures is shown in fig. 1.1 and in development in fig. 1.2. Version II of the industrial design constituting a package for lawn grass mixtures is shown in fig. 2.1 and in development in fig. 2.2. Variation III of the industrial design constituting the packaging for SOLAR grass mixtures is shown in Fig. 3.1 and in development in Fig. 3.2. Variation IV of the industrial design constituting the packaging for SPORT grass mixtures is shown in Fig. 4.1 and in development in Fig. 4.2. The packaging for grass seed mixtures has the form of a cardboard box in the shape of a cuboid. On the front wall of the package, from the top, there is an inscription: "YOU WILL SOW OUR SEEDS WITH PLEASURE", under which there is a wavy line in the shape of a white and yellow ribbon with an oval field in the middle, on which there is a drawing of a crown. Under the oval field, there are 5 stars arranged in a semicircle. Below, on the left side, there is an inscription "grass mixture" and under it a designation of the type of grass seed mixture in individual varieties, i.e. "UNIVERSAL", "LAZON", "SOLAR" or "SPORT". Below there are two oval fields on the left and right side of the package. In the left smaller field with a cut-off fragment on the left side, there is an inscription "FROM WARMIA AND MAZURY" and the logo of the Sowul & Sowul company. Below there are two colored wavy lines, the first of which merges into the second. Above the first line there are two trees in the color of the wavy lines. Below there is an inscription "POLISH GRASS SEEDS". In the right larger field with a cut-off fragment on the right side, there is a drawing appropriate for each type of grass mixture, i.e. respectively: two children sitting on a lawn, a world map in green colors, a camel caravan in the desert approaching an oasis with palm trees or a lawn with a ball for playing. Below, on the left side, in four lines, there is information on the use of a given grass mixture and its characteristic features. On the right side there is a wavy white and red ribbon and under it the inscription "PRODUKT POLSKI". At the bottom of the front wall of the package there is a semicircular ribbon under which, on a green background, there is information indicating the contents of the package 1 kg and the specification of the sowing area 35 - 50 m2. The background of the package is different depending on the type of grass mixture, i.e. respectively: blue, black, yellow or red. The back wall of the package has the same appearance as the front side. On the side walls of the package there is information regarding the establishment and care of the lawn, the company's contact details, information about other grass mixtures, a round sign with serrated edges and the logo of the company Sowul & Sowul Sp. z o.o. On the top wall of the package there is the inscription "MIXTURE OF GRASS" and the designation of the grass mixture variety and a smaller oval field with inscriptions and a semicircular ribbon as on the front side. The packaging for grass seeds, according to the industrial design, can be made of paper, cardboard, plastics and can also be multi-layered. The individual four varieties of grass seed packaging differ in the color of the front, back and top walls of the packaging and individual elements and inscriptions indicating the type and trade name of the grass mixtures. In the first version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2, the packaging has the main graphic elements in blue and in the oval field two children sitting on a lawn are intended for the grass seed mixture called "UNIVERSALNA". In the second version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2, the packaging has the main graphic elements in black and in the oval field a map of the world in green is intended for the grass seed mixture called "LAZON". In the third version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3.1 and Fig. 3.2, the packaging has the main graphic elements in yellow and in the oval field a camel caravan in the desert approaching an oasis is intended for a grass seed mixture called "SOLAR". In the fourth version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4.1 and Fig. 4.2, the packaging has the main graphic elements in red and in the oval field a lawn with a ball for play is intended for a grass seed mixture called "SPORT".
