Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce, napisach oraz rysunkach na sciankach opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, w trzech odmianach fig. 1 do 3 , w zaleznosci od rodzaju nasion traw, które przedstawiaja w rozwinieciu: scianke przednia, dwie scianki boczne i tylna opakowania. W srodkowej czesci opakowania znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy kolo obramowane czarna linia, którego górna polowa nie jest zabarwiona a dolna polowa jest w kolorze zaleznym od rodzaju nasion traw, to jest odpowiednio: czerwonym, zielonym lub niebieskim. W srodkowej czesci kola sa sylwetki trzech czarnych krów. Z lewej strony kola jest czarny rysunek glowy krowy z fragmentem przedniej czesci tulowia, a z prawej strony kola znajduje sie czarny motyw roslinny przypominajacy wzór lowicki. Czarny motyw roslinny ma rózne formy w zaleznosci od rodzaju nasion traw. Na dole przedniej sciany opakowania znajduja sie, w jednym rzedzie, cztery znaki: logo firmy Sowul & Sowul, osmiokat z napisem „STOP SUSZY", prostokat z zaokraglonymi rogami z oznaczeniem ilosci kilogramów na hektar oraz kwadrat z zaokraglonymi rogami z oznaczeniem ilosci kilogramów w opakowaniu. Na górnej scianie opakowania znajduje sie nazwa strony internetowej „www.sowul.pl", którego pierwsza polowa podkreslona jest gruba linia w kolorze zaleznym od rodzaju nasion traw, to jest odpowiednio: pomaranczowym, zielonym i niebieskim a ponizej jest nazwa rodzaju trawy. Na tylnej scianie opakowania znajduja sie szczególowe informacje dotyczace skladu mieszanek nasion trawy, systemu korzeniowego oraz rysunek certyfikatu Ponizej znajduja sie kolorowe dwie faliste linie, z których pierwsza przechodzi w druga. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item manifested in the colors, inscriptions and drawings on the walls of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in three versions figs. 1 to 3, depending on the type of grass seeds, which show in development: the front wall, two side walls and the back of the packaging. The grass seed packaging has the form of a paper bag in a shape similar to a cuboid with rounded edges. On the front wall of the package, from the top, there is a double dashed line, below there is an inscription specifying the type of grass seed in the individual varieties, i.e. "GRASSE-MOWING GRASS", "GRASSE-MOWING GRASS" or "MEAK GRASS", the first half of which is underlined with a thick line in a colour depending on the type of grass seed, i.e. red, green or blue, respectively. Below there is an inscription specifying the name of the type of grass, i.e. "MUCKA", "KRASULA" or "ANULA", the second half of which is underlined with a black line. In the middle of the package there is a drawing of a circle framed with a black line, the upper half of which is not coloured and the lower half is in a colour depending on the type of grass seed, i.e. red, green or blue, respectively. In the middle of the circle there are silhouettes of three black cows. On the left side of the circle there is a black drawing of a cow's head with a fragment of the front part of the body, and on the right side of the circle there is a black plant motif resembling the Lowicz pattern. The black plant motif has different forms depending on the type of grass seed. At the bottom of the front wall of the package there are four signs in one row: the Sowul & Sowul company logo, an octagon with the inscription "STOP DROUGHT", a rectangle with rounded corners indicating the number of kilograms per hectare and a square with rounded corners indicating the number of kilograms in the package. On the top wall of the package there is the name of the website "www.sowul.pl", the first half of which is underlined with a thick line in a colour depending on the type of grass seed, i.e. orange, green and blue respectively, and below it is the name of the type of grass. On the back of the package there is detailed information on the composition of the grass seed mixtures, the root system and a drawing of the certificate. Below are two colored wavy lines, the first of which merges into the second. Above the first line are two trees in the color of the wavy lines. Below is the inscription "you will sow our seeds with pleasure", advertising information and contact details of the Sowul & Sowul company. At the bottom of the back wall of the packaging is the name of the website www.sowul.pl. Below is a thick line in a colour depending on the type of grass seed, i.e. orange, green or blue respectively. On the side walls of the packaging there are inscriptions defining a given type of grass and round signs with serrated edges. The packaging for grass seeds, according to the industrial design, can be made of paper or plastic and can also be multi-layered. The three individual varieties of grass seed packaging differ from each other in the colour of the lines and individual elements and inscriptions indicating the type and trade name of the grass mixtures. In the first variety of grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, the packaging has red graphic elements and is intended for a grass seed mixture. pasture grass called "MUCKA". In the second version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, the packaging has green graphic design elements and is intended for a seed mixture for mowing and pasture grass called "KRASULA". In the third version of the grass seed packaging, according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 3, the packaging has blue graphic design elements and is intended for a seed mixture for meadow grass called "ANULA". PL 24490 3 Essential features of the industrial design are the inscription of the type of grass with the trade name MUCKA, KRASULA or ANULA and a decorative composition on the front wall of the packaging in the form of a circle framed by a black line, the lower half of which is red, green or blue, depending on the type of grass seed, in which there are silhouettes of cows and on the left side of the circle there is a black drawing of a cow's head with a fragment of the front part of the torso and on the right side of the circle a black plant motif resembling the Lowicz pattern.
