Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ornament opakowania przeznaczonego dla wyrobów cukierniczych, zwlaszcza cukierków. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ukladzie graficznym. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawione na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut prostokatny rozlozonego opakowania. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa: 1. Kolorystyka opakowania, którego tlo ma kolor niebieski, a wszystkie elementy graficzne i slowne, sa koloru zóltego. 2. Umieszczony w centralnej czesci opakowania element slowny „michalki" ponizej tego elementu, napisany wyraz „slaskie", a ponizej, napisane fala wyrazenie „czekoladki orzechowe". 3. Elementami graficznymi umieszczonymi na brzegach opakowania, wzdluz dwóch boków umieszczone sa napisy o charakterze technicznym zawierajace dane adresowe producenta oraz informacje o skladzie surowcowym produktu oraz kreski przypominajace kepki trawy. The new form of the design is evident in the color scheme and graphic layout. The packaging according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded packaging. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The color scheme of the packaging, whose background is blue, and all graphic and verbal elements are yellow. 2. The word "Michałki" is placed in the central part of the packaging. Below this element is written the word "Silesia," and below it, written in a wave, the phrase "Chołodki kwasowe" (nut chocolates). 3. The graphic elements placed on the edges of the packaging, along two sides, include technical inscriptions containing the manufacturer's address and information about the product's raw material composition, as well as lines resembling tufts of grass.
