Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie slodyczy, zwlaszcza czekoladek nadzie- wanych, wykonane z folii lub papieru. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie elementów graficzno-slowno-kolorystycznych, usytuowanych zwlaszcza na scianie frontowej opako- wania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonania na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania slo- dyczy w zestawieniu koloru fioletowego i brazowego, a fig. 2 - druga odmiane tego samego opakowa- nia w zestawieniu koloru fioletowego i zóltego. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the arrangement of graphic, word and colour elements, located especially on the front wall of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in two versions of its execution on the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the packaging for sweets in a combination of purple and brown colours, and Fig. 2 - the second version of the same packaging in a combination of purple and yellow colours. The confectionery package according to the first variant of its design, presented in the illustrative material Fig. 1, constitutes a five-sided solid with a rectangular base, the two longer sides of which are connected with a rectangular front wall directed diagonally upwards and an analogous rectangular rear wall, the upper shorter sides of which are connected with each other and have narrow horizontally situated strips with their corrugated surface, while the longer sides of both of these walls and the shorter sides of the rectangular base are connected with side walls with a profile of isosceles triangles. In addition, the upper part of the front wall of the packaging is brown with a wavy lower side, continuing in a wavy manner into the upper part of both side walls, with the inscription "WAWEL" in stylised, very bold, white letters in an arc shape in the central part of the brown background, and the inscription "Tofflairs", also in very bold, stylised, white letters with a purple border, situated beneath it, also situated in an arc shape. The remaining lower parts of all the walls of this packaging, adjoining with their upper ends to the wavy brown upper parts of these walls, are purple, against the background of which the front wall has a brown chocolate placed on it in the shape of a cuboid with rounded shorter sides and concave arcs on both of its longer sides, as well as a similar chocolate also in brown, cut in half, while above them on the left side there is a fragment of a single chocolate packaging in a perspective view, in brown with one wavy end having on its walls the inscriptions: "WAWEL" in white, "chocolate - cocoa" in white, and above them the inscription "Tofflairs" also in white with a purple outline of its letters, and between these chocolates and the upper On the brown background of this packaging, against its purple background, there is the inscription "chocolate - cocoa", positioned on two lines and written in white block letters. In turn, on the purple background of the triangular side wall, in its upper part there is the inscription "Tofflairs", in white with a purple-brown border, and under it two fragments of a unit package in brown, which in the upper part have the inscriptions "Tofflairs", and in the lower part on their brown background and partially on the purple background of this wall there are wavy inscriptions "chocolate - cocoa" made in white. The confectionery package according to the second version of its design shown in the illustrative material Fig. 2 has the shape of a block identical to the package according to its first version shown in Fig. 1. The difference between both of these packages is only that in the package according to the second version shown in Fig. 2 all of its elements which are brown in the package according to the first version are made in the colour yellow, and all the inscriptions "chocolate - cocoa" in the second version have been changed to "caramel" and "caramel filling" respectively.
