Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania charaktery- zujacych go elementów graficznych i przestrzennych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 sa kopiami fotografii wzoru. Opakowanie ma forme prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata. Na powierzchniach scian bocznych opakowania znajduja sie znaki graficzne w postaci strzalek i pól tekstowych w kolorze czarnym. W kazdym z pól tekstowych znajduje sie szereg wielkich liter w kolorze zóltym. Powierzchnie liter zajmuja wieksza czesc pól tekstowych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its characteristic graphic and spatial elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are copies of photographs of the design. The packaging has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base. The surfaces of the side walls of the packaging contain graphic symbols in the form of arrows and black text boxes. Each text box contains a row of capital yellow letters. The letter surfaces occupy most of the text boxes. Essential features of an industrial design The packaging in the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base, which has graphic signs visible on the surfaces of the side walls, has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which the graphic signs are in the form of arrows and text fields in black, wherein in each of the text fields there is a row of capital letters in yellow, wherein the letter surfaces take up the majority of the text fields, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
