Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania charaktery- zujacych go elementów graficznych i przestrzennych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 sa kopiami fotografii wzoru. Opakowanie ma forme prostopadloscianu o podstawie szescioboku fo- remnego. Jedna ze scian prostopadloscianu ma wzdluzne wyciecie przebie- gajace przez wieksza czesc jej dlugosci. Na powierzchniach scian bocznych opakowania znajduja sie znaki graficzne w postaci piktogramów symbolizu- jacych dlonie ujmujace narzedzie skrawajace wyposazone w sciernice oraz pola tekstowe w kolorze czarnym. W kazdym z pól tekstowych znajduje sie szereg wielkich liter w kolorze zóltym. Powierzchnie liter zajmuja wieksza czesc pól tekstowych. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its characteristic graphic and spatial elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Figures 1 and 2 are copies of photographs of the design. The packaging has the form of a cuboid with a regular hexagonal base. One of the cuboid walls has a longitudinal cutout running along most of its length. The surfaces of the side walls of the packaging feature graphic symbols in the form of pictograms symbolizing hands holding a cutting tool equipped with a grinding wheel, as well as black text fields. Each text field contains a row of capital yellow letters. The letter surfaces occupy most of the text fields. Essential features of an industrial design The packaging in the form of a cuboid with a regular hexagonal base, which has visible graphic signs on the surfaces of the side walls, has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which one of the walls of the cuboid has a longitudinal cutout running along most of its length, while the surfaces of the side walls of the packaging have graphic signs in the form of pictograms symbolizing hands holding a cutting tool equipped with a grinding wheel and text fields in black. In addition, each of the text fields contains a row of capital letters in yellow, with the letter surfaces taking up most of the text fields, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
