Uchwyt klamki drzwiowej Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt klamki drzwiowej. Wzorem przemyslowym jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu lub jego czesci, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture lub material wytworu oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt uchwytu klamki drzwiowej, charakteryzujacy sie lukowymi konturami wzdluznymi i lukowymi konturami poprzecznymi czesci chwytnej, której brzegi maja krzywizny zmienno-promieniowe, oraz konturami promieniowymi czesci nasadowej uchwytu, na której koncu znajduje sie prostokatny otwór z dwoma nacieciami rozmieszczonymi wzajemnie prostopadle. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt klamki drzwiowej w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia uchwyt klamki drzwiowej w widoku perspektywicznym. W uchwycie klamki drzwiowej wyszczególnic mozna jej integralne czesci chwytna i nasadowa. Czesc chwytna o lukowych konturach wzdluznych i poprzecznych oraz brzegach o krzywiznach zmienno-promieniowych przechodzi lukowym zagieciem w czesc nasadowa, przy czym os symetrii promieniowej czesci nasadowej jest prostopadla do stycznej wzdluznego konturu lukowego czesci chwytowej. Istotne cech wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt uchwytu klamki drzwiowej, charakteryzujacy sie lukowymi konturami wzdluznymi i lukowymi konturami poprzecznymi czesci chwytnej, której brzegi maja krzywizny zmienno-promieniowe, oraz konturami promieniowymi czesci nasadowej uchwytu, na której koncu znajduje sie prostokatny otwór z dwoma nacieciami rozmieszczonymi wzajemnie prostopadle.- 2 - Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a door handle handle. An industrial design is a new and unique form of a product or its part, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, or materials, as well as by its ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the shape of the door handle handle, characterized by arcuate longitudinal contours and arcuate transverse contours of the gripping portion, the edges of which have variable-radius curves, as well as radial contours of the base portion of the handle, at the end of which is a rectangular opening with two mutually perpendicular indentations. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the door handle handle from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the door handle handle from a perspective view. In a door handle handle, its integral gripping and base parts can be distinguished. The gripping part, with arcuate longitudinal and transverse contours and edges with variable-radius curvatures, passes through an arc-shaped bend into the base part, wherein the radial axis of symmetry of the base part is perpendicular to the tangent of the longitudinal arcing contour of the gripping part.
