Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka wraz z rozeta mogaca znalezc zastosowanie w stolarce budowlanej, a w szczególnosci przeznaczona do zastosowania w drzwiach. Klamka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w swych poszczególnych odmianach sklada sie z kwa- dratowej rozety oraz uchwytu w ksztalcie litery „L". Uchwyt klamki tworzy czesc trzpieniowa stykajaca sie z rozeta i laczaca sie pod katem z pochwytem. The handle according to the industrial design, in its individual varieties, consists of a square rosette and an L-shaped handle. The handle's handle is formed by a spindle part that contacts the rosette and connects at an angle to the pull handle. The handle on the outer (front) side has a convex insert as a decorative element. The novelty and originality of the handle according to the industrial design in relation to existing designs is manifested primarily in the specific shape of the product and the appropriate proportions of the individual components, and in the case of some varieties also in the handle. In the first variant, the industrial-style door handle, shown in Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c, Fig. 1d, and Fig. 1e of the illustrative material drawing, is equipped with a square rosette with slightly rounded corners. The rosette has a square-shaped frame in its central section surrounding the handle's handle spindle. The handle spindle, at the section tangential to the rosette, has a square cross-section with slightly rounded edges. The handle grip connects to the spindle at a right angle, with the frontal surface of the grip and the outer surface of the spindle forming a sharp edge. In turn, the inner surface of the grip arcs into the inner surface of the spindle. The handle grip has a cross-section shaped like an oval segment, and its thickness gradually decreases towards its tip. The height of the inner convex surface of the grip gradually decreases towards the end of the grip. The inner and outer surfaces of the handle grip converge, connecting through a curve at the end of the grip. The front side of the handle grip is surrounded by a flat rim running the entire length of the grip, parallel to the edge of the handle's front surface. Inside the rim is a characteristic convex decorative element protruding beyond the front surface of the grip. The decorative element is rounded and has a cross-section similar to an oval segment or an ellipse segment. Furthermore, the decorative element is distinguished by specific chamfers with rounded edges located at its ends. The bevel surfaces have curvilinear sides and form an acute angle with the front surface of the handle. The bevel surfaces are inclined towards the center of the handle grip. The convexity of the decorative element significantly improves the handle's ergonomics, complementing the convexity of the inner surface of the handle grip, creating a harmonious juxtaposition of the outer and inner surfaces of the handle. In the second version, the handle, according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c, Fig. 2d, and Fig. 2e of the illustrative material drawing, is the same as in the first version, with the difference that the decorative element located in the handle grip features a pattern resembling the structure of knotless wood with visible grain. In the third variant, the door handle according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 3c, Fig. 3d, Fig. 3e of the drawing of the illustrative material, is the same as in the first variant, with the difference that the decorative element located in the handle grip is provided with a pattern that looks like a wood structure with visible grain and knot marks.PL 21754 3 Features of the industrial design - the door handle according to the pattern has a specifically shaped handle grip, in which the front surface of the handle meets the outer surface of the spindle part at a right angle, creating a sharp edge. In turn, the inner surface of the handle passes in an arc into the inner surface of the spindle part. The handle grip has a cross-section in the shape of an oval segment, and the thickness of the grip smoothly decreases towards its end; – the spindle part of the handle has a square cross-section; – the front side of the handle grip is characterized by a flat surface from which a convex, elongated decorative element protrudes; – the decorative element is convex and its cross-section is in the shape of an oval segment, at the same time the decorative element is provided with chamfers at both ends, the planes of which have a shape similar to a triangle with curvilinear sides, and which planes of chamfers form an acute angle with the front plane of the handle, being inclined towards the center of the handle.
