Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak meblowy. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i kolorystyke. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi wieszak meblowy pretowy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery 'L", którego ramie o linii krzywej przechodzacej w dolnej czesci w ksztalt haczyka jest wyposazone w dwa tu- lejowe nadlewki z otworami gwintowanymi, które sa rozmieszczone syme- trycznie lub niesymetrycznie wzgledem ramienia, przy czym wieszak na swoich koncach posiada fazowane krawedzie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku zawieraja- cym jego odmiany, w którym fig.l- przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wieszaka meblowego w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2- druga odmiane wieszaka me- blowego w rzucie perspektywicznym. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego wieszak meblowy pretowy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery ,JL", którego ramie o linii krzywej przechodza- cej w dolnej czesci w ksztalt haczyka jest wyposazone w dwa tulejowe nad- lewki z otworami gwintowanymi rozmieszczone symetrycznie wzgledem ra- mienia, a konce wieszaka posiadaja fazowane krawedzie, jak pokazano na fig.l.W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego wieszak meblowy pretowy w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „L", którego ramie o linii krzywej przechodza- cej w dolnej czesci w ksztalt haczyka jest wyposazone w dwa tulejowe nad- lewki z otworami gwintowanymi rozmieszczone niesymetrycznie wzgledem ramienia, a konce wieszaka maja fazowane krawedzie, jak pokazano na fig.2. An industrial design constitutes a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of its lines, contours, shapes, and colors. The novelty and originality of the industrial design is a rod furniture hanger in a shape similar to the letter 'L', whose arm with a curved line transforming into the shape of a hook in the lower part is equipped with two sleeve-shaped risers with threaded holes, which are arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically in relation to the arm, and the hanger has bevelled edges at its ends. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing containing its variants, in which fig. 1 - shows the first variant of the furniture hanger in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the second variant of the furniture hanger in a perspective view.
