Zeszyt szkolny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 25 lipca 2005r. Przedmiotem wzorju przemyslowego jest zeszyt szkolny, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia ucznia, glównie klas mlodszych. Zeszyt, zgodnie ze wzorem moze byc tez przydatny dla starszych uczniów i studentów oraz w wielu innych okolicznosciach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zeszyt szkolny moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu oraz z tworzyc sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1- przedstawia zeszyt szkolny w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - ilustruje okladke zeszytu od spodu,natomiast fig.3 - pokazuje zeszyt szkolny w stanie rozlozonym z widocznymi krawedziami poszczególnych kartek. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.4 - pokazujacym zeszyt w stanie rozlozonym z czesciowo widoczna okladka od spodu oraz z poszczególnymi kartkami. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze okladka 1 zeszytu szkolnego jest wyposazona w wypukly od frontu rysunek 2. W miejscach wypuklych od frontu, od spodu sa wkleslosci. W narozach poszczególnych kartek 3 zeszytu znajduja sie rysunki 4 przedstawiajace ta sama postac w nieco zmienionej pozie, charakterystycznej dla poszczególnych faz ruchu. To pozwala odniesc wrazenie podczas szybkiego przekladania kartek zeszytu, iz postac na rysunku jest w ruchu. The subject of the industrial design is a school notebook, used as a piece of student equipment, primarily for lower grades. According to the design, the notebook can also be useful for older students and in many other circumstances. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. A school notebook can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or synthetic materials. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the school notebook in a general view from the front, Fig. 2 illustrates the notebook's cover from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the notebook unfolded with the edges of individual pages visible. The design subject is also shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4, which shows the notebook unfolded with the cover partially visible from the bottom and individual pages. Significant features of the industrial design include the fact that cover 1 of the school notebook features a convex front design 2. In the convex areas on the front, the undersides are concave. In the corners of individual pages 3 of the notebook are 4 designs depicting the same figure in a slightly modified pose, characteristic of individual phases of movement.
