Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów , koloru i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.l przedstawia teczke w staniei rozlozonym, w widoku od strony wewnetrznej, fig.2 - teczke w stanie rozlozonym, w widoku od strony zewnetrznej, fig.3 przedstawia odmiane teczki w widoku od strony wewnerznej, a fig.4 - odmiane teczki z frg. 3 w widoku od strony zewnetrznej, zas fig.5 przedstawia zlozona teczke z fig.l i 2 oraz zlozona odmiane teczki z fig.3 i 4 w widoku od strony wewnetrznej z umieszczonymi w niej przykladowymi materialami. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Teczka, zwlaszcza na materialy szkoleniowe dla kandydatów na kierowców, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonana jest z jednego kawalka sztywnego materialu - tektury lub tworzywa sztucznego, która, po zagieciu wzdluzzaznaczonych linii - krawedzi, stanowi prostopadloscian, majacy po rozlozeniu ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach czesci wierzchniej i posiadajacy u góry i u dolu czesci spodniej listwy w ksztalcie prostokata 0 scietej ukosnie jednej krawedzi. Ponadto zamkniecie czesci wierzchniej z czescia spodnia realizowane jest za pomoca elementów samoprzylepnych, umieszczonych na wewnetrznej stronie czesci wierzchniej i na zewnetrznej plaszczyznie elementu stanowiacego kieszen sluzaca do umieszczania w niej materialów w postaci ksiazek, zeszytów o wymiarach zblizonych do wymiarów zlozonej teczki lub dwukrotnie mniejszych, jak przedstawiono na rysunku - fig.l, fig.2 i fig.5. Odmiana teczki wykonana jest z jednego kawalka sztywnego materialu - tektury lub tworzywa sztucznego, która po zagieciu wzdluz zaznaczonych linii - krawedzi, stanowi prostopadloscian, majacy po rozlozeniu ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach czesci wierzchniej i posiadajacy u góry 1 u dolu czesci spodniej listwy w ksztalcie prostokata o scietej ukosnie jednej krawedzi, a od strony kieszeni posiada prostokatne wypusty do przyklejenia ich do czesci wewnerznej grzbietu teczki znajdujacego sie przy kieszeni. Ponadto zamkniecie czesci wierzchniej z czescia spodnia realizowane jest za pomoca elementów samoprzylepnych umieszczonych na wewnetrznej stronie czesci wierzchniej i na zewnetrznej plaszczyznie elementu stanowiacego kieszen sluzaca do umieszczania w niej materialów w postaci ksiazek, zeszytów o wymiarach zblizonych do wymiarów zlozonej teczki lub dwukrotnie mniejszych, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig.3, fig. 4 i fig. 5. The subject of the industrial design is a briefcase, especially for training materials for driver candidates, made of a rigid material - cardboard or plastic. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the item, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, color, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the briefcase in an unfolded state, viewed from the inside, Fig. 2 shows the briefcase in an unfolded state, viewed from the outside, Fig. 3 shows a variant of the briefcase viewed from the inside, and Fig. 4 shows a variant of the briefcase with a frg. 3 in an external view, while Fig. 5 shows the folded briefcase from Figs. 1 and 2 and a folded version of the briefcase from Figs. 3 and 4 in an internal view with sample materials placed inside. The essential features of the industrial design of the briefcase, particularly for training materials for driver candidates, are characterized by the fact that it is made of a single piece of stiff material - cardboard or plastic, which, when folded along the marked lines - the edges, forms a cuboid, having a rectangular shape when unfolded with rounded corners on the top part and having rectangular-shaped strips at the top and bottom of the bottom part with one edge cut diagonally. Moreover, the top part is closed with the bottom part using self-adhesive elements placed on the inside of the top part and on the outside of the element constituting a pocket for placing materials in the form of books or notebooks with dimensions similar to the dimensions of a folded folder or half as large, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5. A type of folder is made of one piece of stiff material - cardboard or plastic, which, when folded along marked lines - edges, forms a cuboid, which, when unfolded, has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners on the top part and has at the top and at the bottom of the bottom part a rectangular strip with one edge cut diagonally, and on the side of the pocket it has rectangular projections for gluing them to the inner part of the spine of the folder located next to the pocket. Moreover, the top part is closed with the bottom part by means of self-adhesive elements placed on the inner side of the top part and on the outer surface of the element constituting a pocket used to place materials in the form of books, notebooks with dimensions similar to the dimensions of a folded folder or half as small, as shown in the drawing - fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5.
